    The resort itself is nice with all good facilities like Spa, swimming pool, children activity center which we used to a good extent during our stay. The bar and restaurant also was very nice. One thing that is not so nice is that the beach is not easily accessible and you need to walk 5-10 mins to reach there. Not many activities and shacks on the beach. The main Colva beach is 2-3 kms away.

    Excellent stay at the hotel. Wonderful accomodation. Reviews were not very good on the net but it was totally opposite and enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

    Baywatch a most disgusting front office staff n a further disgusting Guest relation executive.we were standing at the desk for almost an hour n were hardly attended to.the booking was made from MMT where it was not mentioned that the Room with pool view is additional n once the booking was done they asked for the additional charges. Not at all gud service even from restaurant ppl! Hd requested for packed brkfast early morning even tht was not honoured!!! If u want to waste money then plz go ahead n try this place!!!

    First of a you wont find any experience staff. All are management trainee who are working only for certificate and got very low salary hence not interested to give service. We went form nanded with sleeper a.c bus but for an 4star hotel road excess was not avaliable and was not inform at the time of booking hence we have to walked 2km to reach hotel. After reaching hotel no one from concierge came to collect our luggage. At 2.30 pm we got room after 2 hrs waiting and we have to again carry our luggage by our own upto rooms. In lunch at tabel water and paper napkin were not avaliable and even after demand they we were not interested to provide for 30 to 40 mins. In room tea spoon or stir was not avaliable and after demanding housekeeping told to call restruant and restruant asked us to call housekeeping. We booked triple occupancy but in room towel and minerwal water served were only two and for third we have to called many times to reception. Pls note i am not talking this of single room, this situation was in all rooms. When we went out there is only one taxi avalible henfe we waited 2 hrs each time for taxi. At the time of booking we told them we need folding bed for extra person and they said as it is 4star resort it is avliable but infact they gave us mattress. In all rooms mostiquos are waiting for you. Never visit this hotel is my personal suggestion to you

  • Layout is good but maintenance is poor

    The resort looks good at the first appearance - a pool in the middle and rooms around it. Open enough to give a goos feel. But the standard of rooms are very different. The rooms in the main building are large and decently kept, some other rooms (for example room No. 1 and 2 and may be more) have lot of dampness. The AC too does not work well. On two occassions, in October 2016 and July 2017, I was offered the same room and the reception staff was not very sympathetic. Its only after escalating the issue with the manager that I got a better room. Even if those rooms (#1, 2) are with lower tariff, they can not be with such dampness and what is surprising that hotel offers all apologies but has not done anything in almost a year for the dampness - lack of money, lack of willingness or it continues to sell being in Goa with so many people coming - whatever the reason, I am not too keen to go back there again. It is a pity, because the layout of hotel is nice and can be a nice relaxing place only if they tidy up some of these issues. Food and restaurant are nothing great but not too bad, so average. Location is decent with Sernabatim beach, which is the extended stretch of Colva beach, being just about half a Km away...if you prefer the peace and quiet of South Goa (which I do) to the noise and activity of North Goa, this area is for you.

    Went there as part of a group of 70. Service not great. Pool not maintained. Cut my leg because of a tile in the pool. No direct beach access. Have to take a rather long route to reach the beach. The bar staff is untrained, made to wait 15-20 mins for everything

    I had visited with group of people. This property is approximately 25 minutes drive from airport and very close to colva beach. The view from my balcony was spectacular, I could see sea waves from there. Trip to north goa was little far from here. Food was decent. Swimming pool and SPA facilities are available there.

  • The beach is nearby and peaceful! Away from the crowded beaches like calanghute and even Colva!
