What's Good: It opens direct to the beatch.
What needs to improve : Food menu is limited
Reason For Rating : We maintained small but enough big to stay for 2-3 days. Staffs are good and educated. Only negative point was its restaurant menu. They should ad some more food options to it. Rest it was a nice stay. If you are here spend some private and leisure time, go for it.

What's Good: Very limited Breakfast and menu for lunch/dinner , but of good quality. could do better to keep the flies off the area. the property is amazing and palatial and well maintained. it would be great, if they could provide bicycles/ bikes for hire at the property itself. The staff were well trained and always smiling! hope they keep up the good work consistently. Finally , the beach itself was amazing, with no crowds and close to Colva beach, if one looking for crowds and water sports.

Located on a lovely uncrowded beach in South Goa, Beleza By the Beach, stands by its name. The check-in process was swift and smooth, and the room given to us was certainly one that ticked all the boxes for us - except one. Beautifully appointed, a large and comfortable bed, full-length mirror, airy and well lit, very well laid out and spacious bathroom, very good quality fittings, and located away from noise of the resort, this room was everything my husband and I could ask for. Till it came to the air-conditioning. Right from the time of check in till they finally moved us into another room two days later, we must have complained about the faulty air-conditioning over four times. Each time the lady who would answer the calls at housekeeping would send some guy over, who would tweak it, claim that it was working well (which it would for an hour or so), and then leave. We even complained to the Front Office staff, and they too promised that it would be looked into at once. This went on every morning and every evening, till finally on the third day, my husband and I had just had it. Realising that politeness and requests were being completely ignored, I decided to let them know that we meant business. And as is (unfortunately) so common in hotels in India, angry words got us results immediately. Two so-called senior mechanics were sent, who opened up the entire unit and spent almost two hours on it, and then pronounced it working perfectly. This time it did not even work for an hour! Finally, the management admitted that there was something wrong with the unit, and said that they would give us another room. By this time, it was 2 pm and we had just half a day remaining of our holiday. The room they gave us, was an upgrade according to them. I beg to differ. Though the room itself, and the balcony, were larger in size, the bed was uncomfortably small, the bathroom certainly not as good, the location was right above the recreation area and pool, and therefore noisy and disturbing, and the air-conditioning was working at not more than 25 degrees (do not let the ac unit reading of 17 degrees fool you!). In fact, the entire resort seems to have a problem with air-conditioning, as even the restaurant had all its fans on constantly because the ac units do not cool well. For a resort as good as this one, with obviously no expense spared, this lack of attention to something as vital as air-conditioning stands out like a sore thumb. To top it all, the duvets supplied in the room are so thick that sleep is certainly not of the best quality when the air-conditioning is weak and the duvets thick. Another area that needs attention is the free WIFI. It is only strong enough for basic internet work like emails etc. Any surfing that you might wish to do is not well supported by the WIFI provided. The Front Office staff is good and helpful, as are the boys who help with the luggage. The staff in the restaurant is great, and the breakfast buffet truly superlative, the dishes being changed every day, and dishes suiting everyones tastes and desires. The Goan food served at the restaurant is very good, but do avoid the non-Goan food. The beef sizzler which had a very good sauce had poor quality stringy beef, and the sauce accompanying the South East Asian Fish was cloyingly sweet. On one of the nights, delightful live music was played by an excellent singer by the name of Adrian. Being located away from most places, taxis are required to go wherever you might wish to go. The hotel arranges these cabs for you. Please keep in mind, if you are budgeting, that cabs are certainly not cheap in Goa. A fifteen-minute ride to and fro will set you back Rs. 500. And at night the rate is much higher. We asked some of the locals about the government app for cabs, and we were told that the taxi mens lobby is so strong (and known to be aggressive as well), that none of the cabs available via the app will dare to come to the hotels to pick you up. Though not very close to the resort, do visit Palacio De Deaos at Quepem for a delicious home cooked Indo-Portuguese meal in a beautifully restored Portuguese homestead, and also do have at least one meal at Cavatina Cuchina at Benaulim where Chef Avinash shall cook you a splendid meal. You do need to make a prior booking at both places. Though the resort does have some issues that it needs to address, I would not hesitate to recommend it.

A beautifully aesthetically designed property on the beach. Private access to beach with good changing facilities. The villa suites are awesome and designed to your needs. Two large sized swimming pools and a kids area to keep them occupied and entertained with learning activities. The views are really good - beach view and paddy field view, all packed together... We enjoyed our stay at this property to the fullest...

Our stay at Beleza after travelling in the hectic Golden Triangle was just what we were looking for. The rooms were fantastic and the pool was great. The beach bar overlooking the ocean was particular highlight. The breakfast (particularly the eggs were amazing!!) as was dinner. The only slight negatives are the male front office staff who weren't the most helpful and Colva itself which is a bit remote

This is a top class place to stay. I was treated as an individual, not just another person on the guest list. The quality of the premises and the surrounding gardens was excellent and I felt very calm and relaxed while staying there. The staff we re attentive and friendly and attended to any needs I had graciously. I can only admire the dream of the people behind this marvellous project and offering it up for others to enjoy and experience.

We enjoyed our stay here - it's really close to a lovely beach which was much quieter than the other beach areas we saw (but still had lifeguards) and we had fun swimming in the waves. The restaurant was lovely and the service particularly good there - we had great food at breakfast and in the evening. We liked our room, but thought that the housekeeping could be improved a little given the luxurious resort venue. We found that taxis from the hotel cost more than from the station and were a bit surprised by quite a significant additional charge for an evening transfer. Overall, it's a very nice resort for some relaxation time.
