Never visit this property. They cheat people in the name of 5 star.its not more than one star.Dirty rooms, broken kettele, dirty toilet and washbasins, stained cutlery, the power backup is after 5 mins. of power cut,non friendly staff, non replenishment of tea and coffee in room.we already visited about 15 five stars in Goa but OMG its Horrrible. Never visit this hotel. You will just repent, not more than that.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our office outing. For a group tour it is an excellent place. Very good staff and service.good food. Neat rooms. Excellent beach and good location. Only downside is hotel is quite old. Furniture and decor can be improved. Not very exciting for a family vacation. But good for a large group stay.

Good location - almost private beach, no crowds so the experience of sea is great. It is also quite close to airport so for those who value proximity to airport, this is a good place. Staff is well trained, polite, prompt and friendly. Swimming pool is nicely located, and the water is well chlorinated. If you wanted to chill out on the beach, or hold a business conference then this is a very nice place. The dining place is large, and has an old-fashioned tiled roof and it feels very nice to dine there. Now for the 'but' part: The place is far from Panaji, or temples/churches/north beaches. Takes at least an hour to get there. You have to take cabs available at the resort only, which are expensive by design. There are no public transport or outside cabs. Food is just ok. Rooms not carpeted - bare floors, below par fittings. More like a 2-star property, not 5-star. Wi-fi internet mostly does not work. When it does, it is slow 28 KBPS. Mobile signals play hide & seek. That's not resort's problem, but for the visitor who wants to combine business and pleasure, it is distressing.

Atrophying resort. Visited for company outing, from the first look it appears grand but once you stay it's obvious that it's in decay. Rooms look outdated, locking and opening doors is a struggle they get stuck. Bathtubs have 100 spots. For the 6 floor building they have 2 tiny outdated lifts which are from medieval era. Staffs are rude and impolite. They misbehave with even female employees. All in all it's like a government hotel where no body gives a damn about guest's experience they just want to finish their job.
