Resort is located in a very calm place surrounded by private beaches. Morjim beach is very beautiful. I went with my husband. Resort is clean and lots of foreigners stay there. Food is also very nice over there. We booked online and got complementary breakfast everyday. Near that only you can get bikes and cars for rent. Infact hotel people can only introduce them. Club cabana is also very near by to this resort. If you want to enjoy the beauty of place and sea, then go for it.

Didn't want to waste time in writing review but just one advice - Avoid this place at any cost. Nothing good about this place except location. Service is non existent. Management is unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money.

I have been coming to Ashwem since 2005 and till date this has been our favorite place in Goa to visit. Have stayed in quite a few properties in this area but never had such horrible experience like this time. Writing this review to prevent other travelers from going through the same harassment. We initially booked this property from 27th Sep - 01st October 2018 but had to cut short the stay in between due to the inhospitable conditions that we had to face. Day wise events ,mentioned below: Day 1 (Thursday - 26th September 2018) We checked in at 03:00 pm. Although we had booked Premium Sea Facing rooms we got a room with stained bed and bed sheet,no chair & table inside the room, loose bathroom fittings, smelly wardrobe, old empty refrigerator, electric fittings that were not working, balcony lights broken ( In fact the entire thing was missing - photos attached), No complimentary mineral water and satellite TV was not working. We complained to the manager to no affect. In the evening my child wanted to eat pizza, we got pizza and asked the hotel for plate which we were denied as we did not ordered the food from the hotel (as if they could deliver Dominos Pizza which we got). That time we decided that we will not order anything from the hotel and later on realized that this was the root cause of our unpleasant stay. Day 2 (Friday - 27th September 2018) Woke up with the pleasant noise of the renovation work happening in the restaurant just outside our room. To our surprise the breakfast was not buffet but a la carte. Only 2 items on the menu - you could choose only one (either bread omelette or aloo parathas). The quantity was also fixed to single portion by the arrogant owner - Sarkar. All this while their TV still not working, Noisy construction work happening since 08:00 am in the morning. We called up Make My TRip through whom we had done the booking and complained regarding everything. Still had no intention of cancelling the booking as we did not wanted to get into arguments & ruin our vacation. MMT called up the owner and lodged the complain and that's where it all started building up. Day 3 (Saturday - 28th September 2018) Surprises never stopped during our stay and today we woke up with no electricity since 06:00 am and as a result no water to freshen up. the status was same till 10:00 am when we went to a nearby hotel and requested them if we could use their washrooms. The hotel was kind enough to allow us. The Owner and Manager were nowhere to be seen and only came in front of the guest when the electricity was restored at 10:00 am. Anyways we left the keys at the reception and directed them to clean the room. Meanwhile we called up MMT again and requested them to cancel the booking and change the hotel. MMT assured that they will get the issue resolved. Evening when we returned back to the hotel at 04:00 pm, they had not cleaned our rooms and not even touched our balcony and stated that we never asked the rooms to be cleaned (Liers). That is when i lost it and a heated and loud argument started with all the guest listening. The owner started abusing us with all the filthy words in front of my 4 year old. The owner used a lot of swear words and was very rude. From both the sides there was quite a heated argument. After that the owner switched off the AC and threatened to throw us out of the hotel. My wife spoke to him and asked him to resume the services till the time we are staying in the hotel. He was very adamant in the beginning about not resuming the services neither was he apologetic about whatever has happened till now.finally at 5:00 pm, he resumed the AC services after we spoke to MMT. Thankfully the supervisor from Make my trip was on the phone call while all this happened. He assured us to change the hotel in the next 1 hour (which they actually did). We went out of this place cutting down on our stay here by 2 days and stayed in neighboring property peacefully for the next 2 days. The hotel is run by this arrogant person Sarkar who does not know basics of service and guest satisfaction. They are charging a bomb for the services they are offering. During my heated discussion he told us the following: a. You do not order food from our hotel and you want plates from us ?? Who is he to decide what we eat and where we eat. If they are not providing plates that's fine but what about the cost of the services that we were being denied (TV, electricity, water) during our stay b. You wash your clothes and put wet clothes in the balcony First we did not spend 4.5k per night for washing our clothes in your hotel. When we go to beach, where are we supposed to hang our wet clothes apart from the balcony as there is no ventilation inside the rooms. and what about the clothes hanging outside the 2 rooms next to ours which were occupied by his relatives??? Guys and Gals the location of the hotel is amazing. We have visited this place even before this horrible place came into existence. Earlier this was called sea horse (talking about 2005 ) run by a different owner with huts in this area. Believe me the services and the food was amazing and we used to love this place. Now the structure has changed from huts to proper rooms but the place is run by non- professional and arrogant owner who has no idea of hospitality. Boomerang is the worst that could happen to Ashwem

We went there just for dinner. Their hospitality was not up to the mark. For example, they didnt provide spoons and bowls unless asked for, which is quite awkward. The waiters lacked proper manners to talk to the customer. Food was okay.

amazing location. food was superb. staff was really helpful. its located exactly next to the beach or you can say on the beach. i took sea view premium room and the view was just breathtaking. You can spend your whole day and night just chilling in your balcony or there restaurant which is again sea facing.
