Hotel location is excellent, 500 MTR distance from baga beach. We have booked 3 nos. hotel room online, bad experience with room amenities, cleanliness and room service. They do not have sufficient staff in kitchen to provide room service. Morning breakfast is also not as per the expectations. Only poarotha, omlet and bread butter as breakfasts. Overall service and facilities are poor. Moreover hotel renovation was going on. Reception personnel were also not co operative.

It's plain to see that the owner has poured his heart and soul into this hotel. The decor and extras (WIFI, TV etc) are quite top class for a 2star hotel. It is however let down due to uncaring staff. We walked in asking for a room, price changed 3 times and over a matter of days we were given no less than 6 different prices by various staff members. First room.. broken toilet (cistern didn't work, water wouldn't shut off, sounded like a waterfall all night). WIFI signal lasted 15mins, no more WIFI for rest of stay. TV 'no signal', promised for 2 days it would be working soon. Result was broken TV. 2 bath towels provided, no hand towels. Lovely large modern wardrobe but no bar fitted to hang anything. One bottle of water between 2 people. Eventually moved into another room. Rather than a reduction in price due to problems we were surprised that the price increased... then dropped again. We paid bill before it changed again. 2 towels again, no water, no WIFI, no bar in wardrobe again to hang clothes. Its such a shame, lovely room, comfy bed, good location. Lots of mirrors and cream walls spoiled by lack of cleaning. Owner needs a decent manager who will keep the staff enthusiastic. Security guard is attentive and polite. To finish our stay we asked to keep the room for extra time as we were leaving for the airport that night. We were first asked for 3000rps! It would be cheaper to book through the internet and have a fixed price rather than walk in and ask at reception. Hotel isn't complete yet but if kept polished and clean with problems solved quickly and a more professional approach from staff then this place could rate 3 star plus.

Except the prime location of the hotel nothing was good for us. There was no parking space. No hot water, no bathroom doors, the bathroom showers were damaged. No wifi, no tv channels, no way of calling room services, u literally have to go downstrairs. Hotel menu card is high. Spent around 1500 for just water and coffee in two days. No room lightings

The most comfortable and memorable stay I ever experienced. The staff we very polite and helpful. Amazing location with an amazing ambience. I would love to visit this hotel again an again, seriously had an amazing time.

I booked two Deluxe room from booking.com pictures of room which were pretty good, I drove from Bangalore to reach the hotel after a 10long hours of drive to find that one of the room AC not working, and they wanted only cash as payment, when I refused, I was asked to travel 5 KMs to and fro on a broken scooter to pay through my credit card. I had no energy to fight, hotel offered a damn room and said till evening ac will be fixed and had to use the room they gave as stand by, pictures attached, it was a nightmare staying in this room, we went out in the evening and when we return to hotel at night owner was not there and ac was not fixed and they said we need to use the same room for now, which was horrific but had no choice as it was too late, next day again owner not there and staff had no answer, I decided not to waste my holiday and continued to stay here, while check out there came another shocker, I was not given invoice but they are charging gst of Rs. 3000 they said printer is not working and they will send the invoice to me in couple of days it's been 2 months there is no invoice and they cancelled my booking on booking.com so that I can't leave feedback there and booking.com is not bothered about this. I am taking them to consumer forum and make sure they don't evade the tax I paid.
