I have heard a lot about of this place from my friends and got a chance to go there earlier this year for a wedding. The hotel manager and his staff were brilliant. There are a couple of pools at the place and smaller one is recommended. The views from the hotel are one of the best in Goa, overlooking the Vagator beach. I rarely write reviews but i felt that the hotel and their staff deserved a 5 star review.

We stayed here for the March 2nd weekend for 3 nights. It's a great place for a group traveling together. The rooms by the second pool are worth taking as the pool becomes almost private. Beach access is great and the location is excellent. Walking distance to a lot of nice places like Antares, thalassa etc. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. Special mention to the manager abhishek, the chef, Johnny and sajal. They did a great job. Rooms were kept clean and in order. Overall no disappointments.

Had seen the property during an earlier visit to Goa and decided to experience it during a family holiday in Jun 2017. Located on a sloping hillside facing the beach it offers very good views. Access to the hotel is through a narrow lane but once you're inside the hotel the natural flowers and foliage make you forget the external environment. Built on a sloping hillside, the rooms and the restaurant are located at different levels accessible only by stairs...which can be a constraint for some. However, other than this constraint it is a beautiful boutique hotel to stay in. It's only restaurant overlooking an open garden, the beach, and the ocean makes for a very picturesque setting. The food is basic but fresh.

Tripadvisor needs to really take this up with the CASA hotel management...they are actively cheating customers with the room they provide us. The images from the website are outdated. The room since has been changed for the worse. We had booked the highest category room and they actually have internally decided to call their mid-category room as the highest category and they cheat their customers. The manager Mr. Aarya is very much a scam artist himself. I called him before i booked online to ask him if there is going to noise from the nearby Bar 9 and he said no sometimes there is but no everyday. Well it is almost all weekends that the thumping music is on even in the afternoons. The rooms are all tired and there is NO BEACH ACCESS from the hotel unless you want to walk over garbage and cross cows to get to it from a shady back entrance. The hotel might have been good a few years ago but the interiors are all make-shift now and the couches, cushion covers, carpets, chair upholstery is all stained. Frankly i was paying Rs. 19000 for this room that should have costed me no more than 13k. The hotel was almost empty...and the reason probably is because of the shady management that is in the business of cheating the travellers and many people might have caught-on. They are selling u a maruti car and labelling it as a Ferrari. Even the bar overlooking the shoddy sea view did not even bother to serve us a glass of water or take our order. The staff looked confused as to what we were doing there...and it was at sunset...not a unearthly hour. The low level staff was actually nice and brought us tea to our room.Apart from that..this hotel is a total write-off along with the money we spent there. We stayed one night and checked-out the next day. Also at night when we were walking back to the hotel..the street was filled with very shady crowd which i assume was from Bar9, this guy was high and tried to enter the hotel and had to be stopped by a security guy but he still managed to enter and sit near the reception. so this hotel is actually not so safe either...especially with kids.

It is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms, close to all the trendy and well rated restaurants. Incredibly close to the beach and walking distance from the Shiv statue. The food is lovely . Open spaces where you can have your breakfast and evening tea. And the staff is friendly .
