Its now towards the end of our holiday having stayed at the Creek since 30/12/19. As of my past reviews the improvements have continued with great attention to detail for the comfort and experiences of all guests under the management of the owners NELLO and LYNN D,CRUZ.The staff in reception are always on hand to assist with your needs , trips out , taxis organising events and if by chance there is any problems in your rooms these will addressed if not immediately as soon as possible by the maintenance team on site 24/7. The catering staff in the restaurant under guidance of head chef Manuel and pastry chef Schubert with waiters serving the tables with a wide selection of dishes both Western and Indian ( varying regional style curries. The pool is in the hands of a young man Heman who gives his all to make the day of relaxing in the swimming pool and enjoying drinks a pleasure. The rooms are cleaned daily and linen changed by house staff supervised by Vivina, who assists in all aspects of room furniture. Since my last review the beauty parlour has been restored to a very high standard with foot spa, beauty station , massage tables and showers. Masseurs and beautician are hired by reception at your request. Coconut Creek, luxury personified. Now down to JOETS and if the legs are infirm or weary there is a new environmental electric Tuk-Tuk to transport you in 4/5 minutes through the village to there, to be met by SELVY/ SHERYL and new addition young Shane. The bar/restaurant & guest accommodation is managed by them and a staff of chefs covering all cuisines ( seafood) being a speciality following the tradition of the late Mr Jose D Cruz. The waiters are very helpful and on hand to explain dishes from the varied menu and of course serve the drinks.A WONDERFUL BAR. Friday entertainment is Karaoke, a lively night with Emmanuel and Saturdays with singer Brian Ivor. The bar leads directly on to the beach which is cleaned the full length daily leaving no signs of rubbish. Also sun beds plus towels are provided for guests from both properties. All in all a superb holiday destination with guaranteed hot weather to boot, these people, management and staff care for your every need. Well the sunset hails an evening of good food & friendship. Sad to say my wife and I leave for home 17 March. . Read in conjunction with attached photos. Great Place !!!

  • Unplanned stay but what a stroke of luck!!

    by JeanM51 on

We have just returned to UK after spending a week at Coconut Creek. Our stay was not planned.........we were on a cruise and my husband had a fall which resulted in an emergency knee operation in Goa. Our insurance company booked us in to Coconut Creek, because it was close to the airport, while flights home could be arranged. Initially, steps and paths to the rooms did not seem suitable for someone with mobility problems, but we arrived late in the evening and decided we were too tired and stressed to look for somewhere else. We are SO glad that we stayed. My husband made it to our room with difficulty but with a lot of help and support from Lynne and other staff members. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and with a lovely outside seating area. Housekeeping was superb and much appreciated as we were not able to take advantage of the resort amenities. Due to the medical emergency which resulted in our stay at CC, we had to spend most of our time in and around our room, on the phone and using the internet. WiFi was a little on the slow side at times but it worked and met our needs. Our sincere thanks to ALL the staff at Coconut Creek. Lynne and Christine were amazingly helpful as was everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Room service is not normally available but they provided this service for us, three times a day, because my husband could not easily access the restaurant or the outside seating area at the pool. Several reviews have mentioned Krishna. He was efficient, friendly, polite and caring, as were Seby and all the other restaurant staff who brought our meals. This is obviously not the usual type of review. Believe it or not, we didnt make it to the beach! The resort is beautifully designed and has quite a magical feel, especially at night. The fact that we were not near the pool area suited us very well. It was lovely sitting on our terrace area, overlooking the creek, surrounded by the coconut palms and other trees and shrubs. The birds are amazing. On a slightly negative note, our room, 101, is the nearest to the restaurant kitchen and there is constant loud noise from early in the morning until quite late in the evening. If we are lucky enough to pay a return visit to the Creek, we would request a different room because of that. We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to everyone at Coconut Creek. You made what was a very stressful time for us so much easier.

  • Great place to stay!

This hotel is a delightful little oasis, not far from the airport. It is beautifully thought out and the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the rooms are like small villas one up one down arranged around a lovely pool. It is a short walk to the beach where there is a sister establishment with a beach bar and rooms. Between the two you should find what you want.

  • Serenity at its Best

Loved everything about this Resort. Luxurious stay in the middle of Tropical Fauna. 5min walk to the Bogmalo Beach. Well maintained property. The pool is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is delicious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. In short, your Dream Holiday destination for Fun and Relaxation in South Goa.
