I stayed with my family at Da Cota Guest House, and I quite frankly enjoyed my stay! The sounds of the trains from the Konkan railway, and a view to a beautiful field makes it an ideal location for this guest house. The beds were 'ok', a litlle too solid for my liking, the bathroom was adequate and the kitchen had plenty of amenities like; A fridge, a sink, cutlery, plates... The Tata Sky selecion is extremely limited to only a few hindi channels, but who needs a TV when you're just 5 minutes away from the picturesque beach of Utorda? I felt as if 3000 a night was a bit too much for rooms like these but overall, a nice place to stay!

The location was good, close to the Dabholim airport. The place was booked out by the family. Few rooms On the ground floor and a few rooms on level one. The rooms were convenient, spacious and the bathrooms were huge. The TV screen was rather small, a mere 15 inch while the bed was at least 15 feet away. Perhaps a set of binoculars for watching may be provided.

I stayed for a couple nights at the Cota Guesthouse during my trip to Goa. The location is only a short walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Mary and the rest of her staff do an impeccable job in up keeping the grounds which have beautiful foliage. Breakfast was excellent as well! Definitely would recommend this place and look forward to my next stay at the Cota guest house! See you soon Cotas!

I visited this guest house a good while back, and loved it then. They had just opened and already had the place running like professionals. I couldn't wait to get back to my little slice of paradise and it proved to be well worth it. The Guest house is incredibly clean, well maintained and well located. It's just a walk to the beach and it's in a quiet area overlooking some beautiful rice fields. The owners Mr. Renoir and Ms. Mary are by far the most hospitable people I have ever met. They are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable on the local area as well as many other parts of India. Ms. Mary cooks impeccably delicious food that will make you want to stay forever. The rooms do have kitchens also if you'd like to cook your own meal, or ask the owners about their recommendation for nearby spots, they know the area very well! I cannot recommend this beautiful Guest House enough. If you're looking for a clean, spacious and quiet place to relax, whether your solo, a couple of a family, this place is seriously perfect. I can't wait to come and stay again, my sincere thanks to the Cota family for their incredible hospitality and the absolute perfect stay.
