  • Comfortable stay with excellent hospitality

The hotel stay was comfortable. Our housekeeper was very courteous and helpful. His service was excellent. The hotel is way out of the city center so a taxi is needed to travel there for shopping which may not be readily available out of hours. View the room before.

  • I'm really disappointed two write this review, as Radisson hotels have always had good vibe.

This place lacks even the basic upkeep, let alone it being dirty and it'sreally not maintained by any standard for a brand like Radisson's. From the time I arrived to the room stay, everything looks dirty and just not clean. I would suggest to start doing something if not even 1 star will be too much for this hotel. I have stayed in other Radisson hotels in India and I feel this is the worst one yet. Breakfast was a complete let down, no options and a total waste of money for something just have a south indian dish and nothing else, not even basic drink or fruits forget even asking for non- veg options.

  • Good staff, but.......... (Avoid it)

Stayed for 2 nights in Aug 2020 The initial check-in was good, the room was terrible and so is the restroom. There was condensation on the floor if the room temperature was moved above 20 degrees C. The wooden flooring was worn and the shower over bath had moist marks. I even asked the staff whether the property was really a Radisson group hotel. On a positive note the kitchen staff responded well to my local cuisine requests and had managed to plate up our dinner. The food taste was above average. Pros: - Polite staff Cons: - Everything else Value for money 1 out of 10 NOTE: I usually do not give such low rating but for the price it was really a shocker for me

The hotel stay was comfortable. Mr. Kit our housekeeper was very courteous and helpful. His service was excellent. Sadly there was no local Konkani speaking staff in this hotel reception, so real information about Goa tourism and local shopping was not available. Hotel is way out of city center so taxi is needed to travel there for shopping which may not be readily available out of hours. View the room before.

  • Radisson, pull up your socks

It was a 4 night trip, had booked a deluxe room, the only reason why this hotel was selected was because they had a jacuzzi. The first day/ night was ok, except that the pillow cover was torn and the seat on the commode was broken. I brought the same to the notice of the housekeeping, they changed the torn pillow cover and tried to fix the broken seat also. Although it was really disheartening to note that when i had left the room @10 am with clean my room sign, they didnt make it till 2pm. The staff is trying their best to keep this sinking boat afloat but trust me, with Marriott, Hilton and Taj coming up with cheaper hotels, I dont see the point in staying at Radisson. Another thing that I dont understand is, why the lights in the hotel room is sooo bad. I could barely see anything in the room at night. It can also be because one of the spotlights in the room was also broken; but I dont know how much of a difference it was going to make. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the torn pillow cover was replaced but the blanket cover wasnt, which was also torn. In the end, the point is, Im not there to pin point mistakes and apprise the housekeeping staff, it is their job. They need to be at it. Funniest was, my wife asked for a sanitary napkin, the call was attended by a female and she sent a sanitary disposal bag. When we again called them, they conveniently forgot to send it. Over all, it was a poor performance, I wouldnt recommend this hotel, and Im never staying at Radisson.
