Resort was good and secluded, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. The sheets were dirty and we found cockroaches in the bathroom. Food was ok, not too great. The resort is beautiful and full of greenery.

Except for food everything was excellent. But when told the staff about the food (we didnt like the taste, you might) they were very courteous about it and offered other available options. Thats what I liked about the staff. No 'over smiling cheeky' response just plain simple matter of fact attitude and very very concerned about our confort. Ready to help in every way they can. I am definately going back to Dudhsagar Spa Resort. and REcommend it to all. Thank you guys.

  • ok stay ... but not interesting enough

    by Naveen A on November 29, 2016

the check in was quick, but they forgot to serve welcome drinks, thats ok not a big issue, the rooms look outdated and needs renovation immediately, the landscape they have is nice a but a lot more can be done and made interesting, . I did not participate in activities as i wanted to do a complete rest during my holiday now the food part, the buffet is clearly mis organised, food taste is very good, but needs to be made more presentable and they only serve sliced vegetables as salad. the sauces and dips are kept in quarter pans and not bowls, water is served in wet glasses . may be back or may be not, the money they charge is worth it but for more luxury can be provided if they charge a bit more

  • Stopped for brakfast enroute

    by traveller_prk on November 25, 2016

We stopped here for breakfast on our way back to Bangalore. The food was really good. The ambience of the restaurant is nice also the surrounding is very peaceful and quite. Of all the items I like their masala omelette the best.

  • Tents amidst Tall Trees

by dheivee on November 19, 2016

Nice setup and worth staying for a day.. There are two types of accommodation:- cottages among lawns and tents among the trees. Tents are bit rustic and curtains are used to separate the space for bath from rest of the place. Tents are best suited for couples or solo travellers The resort is located on Highway 4A next to moellem post on Karnataka -GOA border and also the on the way from Belgaum to GOA Food was below par.

  • I would have stayed at another place if there were a choice!

by Giri Babu M on November 15, 2016

The tents were shabby, receptionist weird and food ok. I payed dearly for an overnight stay at this resort because it was the best choice available to visit the waterfalls. The place is enormous and maintained nicely but the cost, including the service could be a lot better. The tent rooms were shabby, broken shower and the proactive service that hotels and resorts are used to is missing totally here! The food was ok. My advice would be to choose another cheaper place if you have to visit Dudhsagar.

  • Over Promised, under delivered

    by Edward L on November 12, 2016

this place was really quite bad to be honest. It was a massive disappointment from square one when we arrived. We booked in here as it describes its self as a resort and spa, the manager describes it when you get there as a rustic adventure experience. The spa is a steam room, that doesn't work. The pool is a 3ft by 10ft hole that whilst we were there was being used as a building site. Although the manager insisted it was still functional I wasn't too sure about having a swim when someone was waving an angle grinder around. The rooms in fairness are very nice, although the hotel does not provide towels, quite annoying as they describe them selves as 4 star. The price for this place is stupid, I stayed in the St Regis in Mumbai which was 1000 rupees more and they they are worlds apart. DO NOT STAY HERE

  • There are lots of monkeys all over the place. Don't keep food products on your person.
