    It was an awesome holiday at grand hyatt goa. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It has a huge swimming pool which is divided into 4-5 parts. Overall the hotel is beautiful and caters a lot of activities for kids and adults.

    Superb. Fantastic. Excellent and all the synonyms for excellency... The private beach is excellent and the entire landscapping is neat. The whole of goa is inside this property. Just step in and step out of this property is like roaming whole Goa.

    We booked this hotel the previous night of stay and booked 1 king suite along with a twin club view room (for 4 adults and 1 child) which includes airport transfers and club lounge facilities. The standard check in time is 3PM and we reached around the same time. For check in we were made very comfortable and served hot and cold beverages. The check in was smooth and we were assigned a suite with interconnecting room facing the sea. We would specially like to thank Lawrence at the front desk who was thoughtful enough to provide us interconnecting rooms and also gave us the number of duty manager to arrange for buggy (golf cart -when ever required) for my old mother even though the property was completely sold out. Even during our stay he constantly kept in touch to see if we were comfortable ! The club lounge is very nice and they serve snacks, fruits and beverages all day long with evening happy hours between 6 - 8 PM when they serve liquor along with hot snacks. I would recommend fellow travelers to spend a little extra for club rooms which also includes airport transfers by a car. Keith, the club lounge manager goes out of his way to exceed the guests expectation and we would like to thank him for taking good care of us. The suite was huge and the room quite nice - very comfortable with a small sitting area facing the garden and the sea. The property has beautiful manicured lawns, three lovely swimming pools and loads of activities for kids. They are somewhere between north and south Goa - around 45 mins drive from the airport and Panjim. They do have many restaurants and we tried the Indian restaurant and loved it. We also loved the buffet spread for breakfast and dinner at the coffee shop. Need to thank Chef Arun who dished out some wonderful dishes for us (which were not on display). They have other restaurants which includes one that serves fusion dishes (we could not try the same). They do have a boating / sailing club which was closed for the monsoon season presently but quite popular during season. They do have a casino which I did not visit but it is supposedly the largest on land casino in Goa! The SPA and the gym (together) are housed in a different block and are fabulous. The SPA has an extensive massage menu and the gym has state of the art equipment - a must use if you are into fitness! They also have steam, sauna, a very large jacuzzi along with an indoor pool which is quite large. I was told that they have similar facilities in the ladies section. Overall we had a fantastic stay - we will definitely be visiting again soon and recommend it whole heartedly to our fellow travelers!

    I was staying at this property for four nights due to a conference. There are several blocks of rooms away from the main hotel block situated in the centre. They have several restaurants which serve good food and is worth trying. The pool area is very big and is a good place to relax in the evenings. This property also has direct access to the beach which makes it lovely for an evening walk.

    Very good hotel good and huge property. excellent ambience. But prices are high. Room size, compared to the price we paid ,was small . Breakfast was not included in the package due to very high rates. But the scenic view of the room and the hotel overall was amazing .

    We stayed one night at grand hyatt specially for my nieces birthday since we had planned a photoshoot for her. To our surprise firstly we had no clue that we require prior permission nd have to pay 25k!! We have got shoots done at other 5 stars properties which had no such requirements. Secondly we had mentioned right in the begining thts its a birthday incase u could do anything special please let us knw!! At the time of the check-in the staff was very curtious nd THEMSELVRS offered us a cake which would reach us next morning!! We kept calling them and there was no revert, no apologizes and all they had to say was there is no mention of the cake prior and we have no cakes prepared "like seriously a 5 star property would not have cakes prepared or even a pastry for a baby" Food was great but not to forget there was a DEAD FLY in the dessert. ( just to mention nd tell u how 5 stars deal with their customers, we had a same situation at park hyatt and without us asking for it thy served us complimentary desserts for 5 ppl). The Spa Sauna Area was quite clean and tidy but the jacuzzi was dirty with only 2 water pumps working!! Not as per 5 star standard. If a customer is paying a bomb to stay at your property u could atleast provide them with basic amenities like a shuttle service to near by places since taxis are so expensive and hardly availble. That is the least u can do. Rest it was a great stay. The property is Very well maintained and clean. Loads of activities to do nd enjoy urselves!! Please look into the matters concernd!! Thank you.
