We stopped in this hotel from 2nd Nov until 16 Nov couldnt have asked for a better hotel with the friendliness of staff who really cant do enough for you nothings a problem like to mention all the staff were fab but some we got to know better than others Fatima , salone on the front desk were fab always smiling g and asking the guests if everything was ok , then theres rosy and Garry on the entertainment thanks guys for organising all the activities great learning pottery and origami amongst other things . Then theres Lester, Gilmore , Angelo and the other kitchen staff all very attentive helpful and cant do enough .our room was a pool view small balcony quite a spacious room with two big twin beds smart tv coffee maker toilet a walk In shower hairdryer and iron and board if you wanted it aircon and a ceiling g fan ,big set of draws for clothes which came in handy as there wAsnt much space in the wardrobe and no hangers to hang stuff up spacious and adequate they even put your names outside on the door 311 nice touch ( our room was pool view superior room ) would been nice to be able to go out on the balcony andgsttothe pool that way but you cant even if the rooms are on bottom floor theres rails round so you cant go out to the pool you have to walk around pool was fab small and big oool with swim up bar pavashe was great brilliant ant bar tender . Food in hotel in my opinion was excellent very traditional India food with some English dishes omelettes and poached fried scrambled eggs for breakfast we were having the masala dosas fab like to mention John the jeweller and this staff for there great service and beautiful jewellery I bought pendant and necklace stunning and get lots of compliments highly recommend him and also the guy just outside salien think its called he has a great little shop for souvenirs jewellery scarfs food and will give you good price ( just up from mango restaurant which was also good . Only did one trip jungle book worth doing but a word if warning there is a lot of walking so its not really suitable for people who cant walk far but is good trip you get to stay overnight in a little cottage in the jungle gave all meals there campfire sing along cook your own food bbq walk with the elephants spice plantations village tour then wash the elephants great two day trip 115 with TUI trips can be done by using the taxis or booking locally and would work out cheaper we went with TUI . Made lots of friends had excellent stay the only thing was disappointed that the beach huts werent ready for visitors because of the bad weather they had bit disappointed with TUI for not disclosing this info before hand as I like my e the beach and couldnt go in use the facilities as they werent ready but overall made some fantastic memories and bought beautiful jewellery thanks again to staff and management for making us feel like family and giving us such a memorable stay hope to be back in the future

From very detailed attention from Salome at reception to Agnelo in restaurant...chef gajanand or manager Gupta...you feel like being in that mode of me time. Good food, planned events and great place. Must recommended it you want to be in this area..or if looking for something virtually at a secluded clean beach..

This is a difficult review to write. The staff here at the hotel are some of the hardest working and if it wasn't for them this hotel would be dire. They are really friendly and helpful and we're superb in supporting in surprising my partner for his 21st birthday. Especially with the towel art. Thank you to Salome and Fatima! The check in experience needs to be improved. Inviting all your guests for a drink then leaving them for over an hour not knowing what is happening did not work well especially after a 3hr immigration farce. After the staff it's a very different story! This is not a 4* hotel. The standards fall way below that in every sense. So for the rooms we experienced ants in the room. They tried hard to remove but in the end we gave up. The bedding was not changed until the day before we left. The room was left on 3 occasions with no hand towels and no tea or coffee restocked. The room has one of the noisiest air con units I've ever heard in my life. Fortunately I always take ear plugs otherwise I'd not have slept. The bathroom had severe mildew/mould and highlighted that this potentially is a room that needs a full refurb doing to it. I experienced issues with the food on the very first morning with a hair in the food. The food had been brought directly from the kitchen so it was not another guests hair. They dealt with the matter very well but it put me off to the point in the end we didn't use the all inclusive facilities and stayed off site all day only using the hotel as a base which is sad considering what we paid. The restaurant itself is overly small and cannot cope with the influx of guests for breakfast. We were left hovering waiting for a table which clearly wasn't going to happen. The entertainment caters for the main guests which are in the elder category and was not for us. Again we stayed off site or in the room. The hotel is situated close to the beach which is a great location and the grounds to the hotel are lovely. My other concern was that upon departure a trip I'd paid for in advance of arriving at the hotel had been put on my account to be charged again at a cost of 23000 rupees which added a final insult. Again I can't recommend the staff enough but ultimately this hotel did sour our trip sadly.

We really enjoyed our stay here, from the warm welcome to the sincere good byes, all the staff are first class, with a ready smile and willingness to help, the room's are large enough and believe me you will not be in them too long , the pool is the draw to leave your room. Food is well presented and very well cooked.

My husband and I had a great vacation in Heritage Village Club, Goa from 22nd to 25th Oct. 2019. We want to express our appreciation and thanks to Clifton Rodriques and his efficient team, Salome, Veena at the reception, Barkha at the dining hall, and many others whose names we don't know or remember, who made our stay very comfortable. They went out of their way to do certain things, like arranging a surprise decoration of our room and providing a delicious cake for my birthday. It definitely added a personal touch. They heeded to our request to provide soft bed and extra pillows on the ground floor room. We also want to appreciate the kitchen staff, who churned out very tasty dishes at every meal. South Indian dishes tasted absolutely South Indian, and similarly the North Indian cuisine was good too. The boys at the dining area were courteous and ever willing to help. The room was clean, and well maintained. Thanks to the house keeping staff. On the whole, we had an excellent time, and enjoyed the luscious greenery around, despite the bad weather. The clean, beautiful Arossim beach is just ten minutes walking distance away. We look forward to having more holidays at Heritage Village Club, Goa.
