What's Good: Location, Staff
What needs to improve : Did not have a shuttle service to the market near Radisson/Novotel/Mike's place
Reason For Rating : Location is best - direct access to the Mobor beach - which is very nice. Also there are 2 great restaurants across the road - Fisherman's wharf & Bett'ys Place. The staff was very good, especially Mamta from the front desk, who was very friendly. Food was also good.

What's Good: I stayed in multiple rersort in my Goa trip and Holiday inn was the last. Wish it was the only place I stayed throughout the trip. Everything was perfect in it. Staff, service, ambience, location, , hygiene, food and infrastructure. There employees were really friendly with the kids. Lady at check-in (Binita) and guy at the bar (Abhinav) were really co-operative and supportive. Felt good interacting with them. Would love to spend my next vacation here. Thanks for making Goa memorable for me.

by Anubhav on Nov 27,2018
What's Good: Food was good
What needs to improve : It was filled with Marriage parties, there was 2 wedding happening simultaneously and there was back to back marriages. So, place was full of outside labourers putting tents and all and extremely crowded. Hardly a 5 star experience
Reason For Rating : Hotel was not really a 5 star
by Saurabh on Nov 08,2018
What's Good: Staff
What needs to improve : Room view was not woth the money.
Reason For Rating : Overlall it was good, but not worth the price I paid. The hot water was not flowing properly from the shower. The shower door was always ajar not matter how hard you try. I expected a much better room if I am paying 10k. Staff was very polite. They have me early checkin considering I have a kid with me. Thanks for that.

What's Good: May be all
What needs to improve : Nup
Reason For Rating : There are n number of properties catering to tourists in goa. But, if you are looking for a peaceful, yet exciting vacation in goa with your family, Holiday Inn is the place to be. The moment you step inside the resort, you get to witness the splendid Portuguese architecture of the building. Check-in is smoothest possible. BINITA make our check in so warm and provide early check in 9.30 am itself ...Simply WOW...Beach is on the property itself just a little walk away .The sand is white. The water is clear. No unwanted onlookers. Picture perfect. Just as you would want it to be. The swimming pool is enjoyable The buffet breakfast a was elaborate and moderately spiced as we liked as a north indians .The live counters had a surprise everyday..our special thanks to chef ANTHONY @Zest for personalised touch and caring with tasteful samosa and Kachori for my b/f . Fig and olive masala pizza prepared by chef PRADEEP and RAGHU ......No words to explain about my taste buds .....Simply "maj

What's Good: it's location
What needs to improve : -
Reason For Rating : it was fantastic. great amience. great service. The most beautiful thing I like about the resort is, it's just at the beach. It's calm and away from city. Neat n clean beach.
by MRUGESH on Sep 15,2017
What's Good: Ambeience
What needs to improve : Not given pick-up & drop facility
Reason For Rating : Best property & nice Resort. Request to include more options in vegiterain food. There should be pick-up & drop complementary for all the visitors stays in resort(especial when stays for 3 days) as this is negligible & prime basic requirement as the south Goa & Resort is isolated place compare to Panjim & North Goa.

What's Good: One of the best place to stay in Goa... Highly recommend this to one and its next to impossible to find one thing which was not as per my expectation. Highly recommend this to everyone coming to Goa with family. Thanks fellas for making our stay wonderful and kids really enjoyed a lot.

by Suhas on Jun 25,2015
What's Good: Everything was good for first two days, but on third day there was a group of 250 people who came from some company to hotel and it got so crowded that entire swimming pool was filled with them and as these crowd were bachelors, none of the women were able to get into the pool and it was so irritating as these people were behaving like they have never seen women. It was so annoying. Hotel should have allotted time for these people to get into the pool and families should also had a different timings, so that our private vacation did not get spoiled. Because of this bad exp, i will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends as hotel management do not know how to manage the guests and visitors.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful, long-pending time-out in south Goa at the Holiday Inn Resort, Cavelossim in end-October early November, 2019. The Hotel abuts the long, clean and lovely Mobor beach, which was never crowded although the tourist season had begun. The property is large and well-maintained with beautiful grounds. The pool was a bit small but very nice for a swim when not full (and when it is, head for the beach!). The buffet breakfast had a fair selection of international and Indian fare. We enjoyed the food at the Hotel restaurants, which were (surprisingly) reasonably priced. We would have preferred more Goanese options, and the beach shacks had not yet resumed after the rainy season - but good restaurants within walking distance (Bettys Place, Fishermans Wharf) widened the choices. A couple of kilometres further are several more. For all its other qualities, its staff are the Hotels best assets: Binita Singh (Guest Relations Manager) and Rutuja at the lobby; Manju who brightened our breakfast visits (and Joviel on the last day); Rajendra at the pool; and their colleagues were competent, hard working, helpful, attentive and welcoming. To our request for a room on a higher floor, Binita arranged for a deluxe room in one of the Villas in a couple of days, overlooking a lovely garden (though our earlier ground floor room was also comfortable). The Hotel was busy, with four weddings and a reunion (!) through our 9-day stay but we didnt find it at all intrusive or unbearably noisy. Having stayed in this general area before, Holiday Inn had not been our first choice but it was a pleasant surprise and has its act together - highly recommended for a relaxed holiday away from the madding crowd.

We (Me and my wife) had a great experience staying at Holiday Inn Resort. Outstanding Management and Staff, from check in to check out all was just perfect. Lovely Dining experience in all F&B outlets. Great Location. Keep up the great Job. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a wedding party. The hotel is beautiful - large warm pool, beautiful layout with palm trees leading to a large well kept beach with plenty of water sports activities and a beach bar and grill. Food is very tasty with a great variety! Rooms are reasonable, nothing remarkable. However, I was disappointed by a few points: 1 - breakfast was chaotic, the hotel couldnt really cope at maximum capacity; 2 - the staff were a bit clueless (e.g. I asked three waiters where the toilets were, none knew); 3 - the pool gets extremely busy; 4 - the ballroom for the wedding events was so so cold to the point where most guests didnt want to be in it and I was coughing and sneezing for the next three days. I did ask the staff to turn it down at the time and they didnt know how. Overall, its a stunning hotel to have a wedding given the beautiful grounds and vast experience in weddings, however I wont be returning as a guest.

This resort has one of the friendliest and most eager to help staff Ive ever seen. Also the food was great! Restaurant manager Elton and Chef were amazing people!!! Koodos to the resort management and team.

Just checked in and staying for 3 nights. Very warm reception at check in by Binita, to ensure we feel comfortable right from minute 1, given that I had reservations against checking in to a hotel where a huge wedding gang has also checked in. Very good service from Floston from Zest restaurant. Will keep experiences posted here as the trip progresses, but it's been a very pleasant experience so far.
