Arrived approx 3.30am on the 13 Jan 2018 after booking 12 months earlier emailed 3 days prior to arrival because no contact had been made re arrival time. To say we were disappointed is an understatement no room available after establishing with Kapil (MANAGER) that our room would be ready!! anyway we were taken to another property in the Highland Beach just around the corner it was absolutely disgusting ie no sheets on the bed, no towels, toiletries etc the place stank and it was FILTHY at this time in the morning after travelling all day n night we sat in the chairs and waited til light freshened up and went out for breakfast on our return houseboy was waiting to take our luggage back to Leela Inn What can I say just got worse as the holiday went on linen not changed room not cleaned it was a constant battle to get the basics done staff found it difficult to understand what we required Bathroom was disgraceful tiles are filthy Linen was torn, full of holes and didnt fit the bed Just wish we had not paid would not have stopped there We are a couple who have travelled to Goa on 17 occasions and hand on heart this is the worst experience we have encountered It is in a great location just off the main road and could be a good hotel The reviews I have read do not correspond with our experience unfortunately it got to the stage where we really dreaded returning because we never knew what to expect. Also no refrigerator in the rooms you have to share one which is situated in the hallway

The room which we checked in was very good neat clean and tidy, and about the location of the hotel is slightly inside the main road, please provide the direction or banner of the hotel to the road side so that people can easily access to it.

Kapil and his team made our trip awesome Maxy on the reception get us arrange bikes and taxis and help a lot in local sightesseing Everything is nearby clubs market restaurants Love the places and hospitality they provide. Will surely visit this place again

I Was A lot worried about my holiday stay in goa wanted peace of mind and much more. But never knew about this hotel it is so much awesome that i will never forget my 7 days stay in leela in condolim staff behaviour is so well they trat you like the best. Best service hospitality in your budget and near to beach Thank you so much kapil and team i enjoy the stay see you next month again.

Booked this the day before. We were arriving late evening with two small children so we called during the day to confirm an extra bed would be given, as requested on booking.com. When we arrived at 10.30pm there was no one there. Had we not called earlier we would not have known that the hotel was full and he was putting us in another hotel. We would have turned up to find no one and wondered what was happening. It then took an hour for the other hotel to verify this and check us in. I told the other hotel, Tina Inn, to contact the manager to explain our annoyance, inconvenience and stress with two small children wondering whether we had a room for the night or not, but we got no apology no nothing. Tina inn staff did everything they could to help us.
