Jardim a Mar Huts are best known for its relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Based in the tropical and unspoiled south of Goa, the prime location near one of the states best beaches; Agonda. The 8 comfortable eco-huts made out of natural local materials are well equipped and all provided with a veranda and private bathroom.
Guests can stretch out in one of our loungy chill-out corners, eat drink and get pampered by our friendly team. The restaurant at Jardim a Mar Huts is famous for a variety of healthy food and uniquely Indian and Nepali specialties, including an excellent choice of seafood, fresh salads, delicious veggie-dishes and our specials from the tandoori oven.
Jardim a Mar is a postcard paradise, with the beach right in front, the palm trees and everything one might need to have a satisfying holiday.

Browsing on internet and looking for accommodation in South Goa, my wife discovered Jardim a Mar. Resort, bungalows, restaurant, beach. But we finally found Eden on the earth with nice excellent staff, especially Milan was very helpful and make our short stay at the end of season with our friends excellent. Ready to arrange dolphin trip or fishing trip. Ready to recommend us good food. After booking I was surprise, when I receive email from booking.com to pay stay in advance, but quick clarifying response from Jardim a Mar web page confirm to me the reason for advance payment with bank transfer option to Indian or European bank account. We have non AC bungalow, but fans were sufficient. My recommendation is to take lemon grass oil, in case that mosquitos season started.

We spent 6 days at Jardim a Mar with a 18 month old and a 10 year old. We had a fantastic week and the wonderful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach huts are basic (as the name suggest) but clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff clean on request and are meticulous. You are literally one the beach so expect to get sand everywhere! The bar and restaurant area are wonderfully relaxing. I loved the fact that music was only played as background in the evening therefore allowing the sounds of the ocean to provide the soundtrack. We really enjoyed the food especially the Nepalese specialties. We like lots of curry so popped next door for a bit more choice but that's the beauty of Agonda, you just stroll down the stunning beach and pop in to where you fancy. Agonda is paradisaical! Beautiful beach gifted with local touches of atmosphere such as the worlds most chilled out cows that mosey down the beach for a late afternoon snack courtesy of the kitchens veg scraps. The waves in late March were perfect for body surfing and kept our ten year old happy all week. The addition of a lifeguard was very reassuring. The staff were fantastic. They made such a fuss of our little boy who loved Milan and the rest of the boys. But you could see that they made the effort to build relationships with everyone. All in all if you want a blissful budget break on the beach of your dreams, this is the place!

A lovely resort right in the middle of Agonda beach. Basic but that's all you really need here - the beach is literally a few seconds away and the bar area is well stocked. Food is decent and good value too, and staff very good. Would recommend!

Stayed in a sea front bungalow and it was just lovely - a simple, clean hut with a perfect sea view. Amazing food and really lovely friendly staff. Lots of places to relax in the shade. Agonda is quiet and lovely - sea can be a little rough (though still great) and the ends of the beach have quite bays also. Cows come in every evening for feeding which is lovely. Cant wait to come back.

I am generally in love with all authentic cuisines as well as me modified ones as well. But this place has disappointed on multiple occasions. I can definitely tell you not to order anything from their clay oven and their hummus is really crappy. The service boy tried to change me even for 10 ml of honey which should be complimentary on a 180 RS lemonade. SO price affair with bad service and really bad food. That hummus gave me bad stomach for days.
