This would be the best place to stay especially if you are in Goa for Sunburn festival in December and if you love to stay in natural surroundings.. Spacious rooms with a beautiful surrounding. The palms on the roof add to its beauty. There is also a restaurant and bar which offers a variety of local cuisine and drinks. They also offer laundry, taxi services, and bikes on hire. Prebooking is surely recommended.

Located near the car park/cliffs separating big and little vagator beaches, good if you want to be away from all the bars etc behind the little beach. The owners were knowledgeable/helpful. The room was very secure, clean and cool (didn't need air on). The room was 3500 rupees per night - expensive for what it was but we were there on NYE so to be expected.

We did not pre-book a room and happened across this place after being dropped off by our tuk-tuk. We were initially offered a room for 1200 rupees, but after we said that was too expensive it transpired that there was a smaller room available for 800 rupees. It was quite small and dingy, but I'm not too fussy and it did actually have hot water which is always a bonus! One thing I will say is that the bed is essentially a mattress topper on a table! As previously mentioned I am not fussy, I'm a budget backpacker and can usually sleep anywhere but this mattress was ridiculously thin and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. But I don't know if the same beds were in the more expensive rooms. Other than that though, the room was very much what we paid for, and the overall grounds and appearance of the whole place was very attractive. Location is great for the beach, although a tuk-tuk ride from the big bars and clubs. The lady that runs the place is very nice and always around to ask any questions.

We stayed here over Sunburn Festival and New Years Eve. While it's on the expensive side, that's expected during that time of year and you'll struggle to find cheaper. It's also in a great location, right by the beach and within walking distance from Sunburn. The staff couldn't be more friendly! Overall a great place to stay.

27/01/2014 to 30/01/2014 Room a little on the small side but clean. Hot water, some English language TV channels. Restaurant and bar onsite only tried the Indian menu, not bad. Quite close to the beach and very close to one or two restaurants. Recommended.
