After looking at the various places to stay in calangute Goa we decided to stay at the eternal wave/Happy inch the 2bedroom apartments were huge with two bathrooms ensuite to the bedrooms a fitted kitchen with microwave and hob no toaster though which was a bit inconvenient. Lovely big balcony at night for sitting out, we came with another family so was a party of 10 we were more than comfortable in our two apartments. It was quiet easy to communicate with the owner, whilst we stayed there, asking for various things the WiFi was particularly good and reliable The only downside is the swimming pool warea theres 6 sun beds in total for the whole area and they were broken the pool is not absolutely clean and sparkling like it should be. It was not really comfortable enough for us to have a pool day due to the size of the area and lack of loungers, chairs. The gardens are kept very well with gardeners always trimming bushes and hedges all the time, so I was surprised they were not more attentive with pool cleanliness. Goa itself is fantastic and well worth a visit food was suburb beaches beautiful. Beware taxi drivers they can make up there own prices there not really cheap compared to the rest of the place always agree a figure before getting in the cab always haggle!! We did get one driver called suhill who was very knowledgeable and honest guy Well worth a visit to see the elephants riding on them and washing them or you!!at the spice plantation taxis know where to go A boat trip to see the dolphins is lovely for about 4 each. Morjim beach 30-40 mins away nice and quiet with beach apartments for hire which would be nice to see the sunset. Night market at ingos on Saturday great place to go and haggle eat, drink, dance. Flea market on Wednesday also worth a visit.

We initially booked 2 nights and extended a further 2 nights! This place is very clean apartment, spacious and has cooking facilities. Balcony with pool view. The pool was nice and refreshing. Plenty of sun beds to relax. Location is close to calgaunte and Baga Beach. The staff are welcoming and friendly and go out their way to help you.

Booked in Acasa - The Eternal Wave for the long weekend in Sept'17 almost a month in advance and sent them some queries and requests. Since it wasn't prepaid and cash to be paid at the property as per Booking.com, called them closer to travel date to inform them about late night arrival which was also mentioned in booking details. We also confirmed other requests on the phone. Since it was a long weekend which meant lots of tourists, we didn't want to risk them giving away the room. Once we landed in Goa, we realised there were even more tourists leading to a massive traffic jam which meat we would reach the accommodation even later, so called them again and thats when they revealed their true colours! They got greedy and had given away the room to a larger group that had walked in and made lame excuses that we hadn't paid for the room...there was no such request from them by mail or phone. Eventually even Booking.com couldn't make them see reason and we were left high and dry late night to find alternate accommodation in that rush period...to top it I was running a high fever which was worsened with all the stress! We are seasoned travellers and have been to Goa over a 100 times and never have seen this kind of behaviour...they have no ethics...only greed! Such people are ruining the reputation of the place and giving Goa a bad name! Please avoid this place at all costs!

Was in room 205. Glass shower door was missing - however hinges with remaining shards of glass were still left (evidently door had previously been broken). Had to ask repeatedly for these hinges / shards (a big safety concern to be removed. Maintenance person finally arrived with a screwdriver. He needed an allen key but didn't have one so attempted to chip away at the glass ! Took a shower around 6-7 pm and had hot water on one day out of seven !! Wi fi poor - very slow and extremely intermittent. Kitchen as minimal facilities - not one sharp knife or even a tin opener. Asked for these but no tin opener on site. Sofa bed - one leg was broken so bed was unusable. Cleanliness was poor and housekeeping didn't perform any reasonable level of cleaning to improve things e.g. extraction fan in the bathroom was black ! I could go on but I think you get the picture.
