WE STAYED IN HOTEL BETWEEN 9 TO 13 NOVEMBER 2018. WE WERE 3 FAMILIES AND V HAD 3 ROOM BOOKINGS. ON onenight at the time of dinner around 10.20pm our families were having dinner,at that time we 2 friends were out of hotel and were stuck intraffic ,so we called our members to take the food inplates. my wife n bhabhi asked the person whos name was mehraj(trainee captain) should we take the roti and naans also or u'll provide fresh after 15 min. MR MEHRAJ said he will provide breads till 11pm ,but when we reach the restaurant and start having our dinner at around 10.45pm and we order for 1 roti and 1 naan but he bluntly refused like if hes giving us incharity,and he said he will charge us for that,otherwise he wont serve us roti n naan,when i complained abt the issue to the management in writing,they said they will take action about this nonsense ,and wat has happenned thats totally wrong. next day in noon the receptionist said they have DISMISSED MR MEHRAJ WRONG ATTITUDE N BEHAVIOUR FOR 8 DAYS. and f&b manager and restaurant manager will call you and apologise you when they will be back from out. but nothing happenned like that infact on the same night MR MEHRAJ was there inthe rest. management was fooling us. i was shocked for this kind of LIE. WONT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT COZ ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN AND SOME OF STAFF MEMBERS ARE SO RUDE LIKE IF WE ARE ASKING FROM THEM IN CHARITY. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

I checked onto this property on a travel portal and got in touch with reservations staff.After our conversations I was given to understand a certain tariff with comp. BF and dinner. But at the time of billing the staff denied comp dinner, it is not such a big deal but the people in service indurty need to respect their commitments. Also be aware what they are confirming back in your emails as same is written in such a fashion that there is possibility of extracting extra charges on one pretext or other. Property is well placed on baga beach. The premium cottages facing sea are over priced (same price that you pay in premium hotels like Grand Hyatt etc). The other low cost cottages are far away in a stinky neighbourhood just namesake sea facing as these are placed on the backside of those cheap food shacks. These too are very overpriced. Food was okay but service is very slow. Also we got a orange juice when my wife ordered a fresh lime and the serving person didn't not have an iota of regret. If this property is well managed with transparency with customer and priced as per merit than it can be a very good Goa destination. Thanks Urfaan

We were staying at this resort from23 October 2018 for three days in room number 1015 and 1016. Checked out on 26 October 2018. Food was ok Wifi connection never working in rooms . Sofa in the room broken chairs outside broken .. thankfully when we complained they changed on last day .. not to mention the sheets comforters and pillows in bad condition . By mistake left my knee caps Australian brand new and my Karastase shampoo and Karastase hair mask In a drawer under the luggage rack . When we called from Delhi they refused and said house keeping staff didnt find anything . Bad service bad experience and my above stuff was worth 10000 rupees .lost totally after paying for our stay . How can it disappear ??? Please reply

We stayed in January, the hotel location is excellent, food amazing and good service. In total a great experience. Room rent could have been lesser. The presence of Casino is fether in the cap. Would recommend

We were group of 10 friends. We travel to Goa every September. We always stay at this Hotel. But this time, it was pathetic. Dont know but there was visible change in attitude of the staff. No smiling faces. Rude attitude backed by their owner. The first answer for any help was always and consistently "NO".... Few more examples of worst experience.... (A) There was no fresh fruit juice on any day in breakfast . We stayed there for 4 days. (B) No milkshake in breakfast. They had placed cold milk in its place with canned juices. We asked for milkshake or cold coffee, they said its chargable and we requested the manager and he refused. We talked with owner and he said no. (C) In Dinner, they refused to serve even 1 portion of ice cream. (D) In all 3 dinners, there was rasgulla in form form or the other. Still they refused to serve ice cream. (E) In Breakfast, they refused to give Dosa or Uttapam. (F) There was no live counter either in breakfast or dinner. (G) when we ordered tea in our room and asked them to send 4-5 cups, we were asked to be specific whether we need 4 cups or 5 cups. (H) On the last day i.e on 23rd September, in the breakfast, I asked the waiter to give me hot milk in a glass. He came and gave me the glass and asked me to take the milk on my own. He refused to serve it. (I) Continuous murmur in the staff with their higher officials was that of complaint. No positive and vibrant atmosphere. It looked like a corporate canteen rather than a good hotel. (J) When one of friend demanded some Jain preparation for dinner, the Chef came out ans was starring at us as if to find out who ordered something not on the menu. (k) We wanted beach Villas. We requested for it and were ready to pay for it. We were denied and were told that they were booked and occupied. We were there for 3 nights. We did not see anyone in the beach villa. Still we were told they are occupied. (L) We were put in deluxe room. There were no hand towels given to us for all 3 days despite demanding the same. So in short, time up.....Will never stay there again. Seems like they also dont care. Ruined our Mood and Holidays.....
