Little Cove is one of the most special places I have travelled to, I hired 12 cottages for my yoga students and we spent a week of bliss, looked after so well and I was able to concentrate on teaching while the students had the most amazing time. It's a beautiful Cove which has a lovely breeze, the food is incredible and the staff super friendly and happy to do what they can to make it comfortable for you. There is no fuss, it's simple accommodation as should be right next to the beach but has everything you need. This visit was my second time visiting Little Cove and I loved it even more. Looking at dates for my third retreat there next year. I would highly recommend any one to visit Little Cove as a Yoga Teacher or passing through to participate in Pardeshi's Meditation and Yoga classes, we sampled them both! Truly amazing place well worth a visit for peace, calm and nature. Oh yes and the staff give the most amazing massages!! Bliss..

Splendour in the sun. After a one and a half hour drive south from Goa airport, at the end of a bumpy meandering track, you will find tucked away in a small remote setting the most tranquil and special place that is Little Cove. Situated on a long stretch of sandy beach framed by soaring palm trees, lovely thatched cottages and the yoga Shala, this is a place like no other. So much has been written about Little Cove from other reviewers it is hard to find new superlatives to describe it. I believe people make a place and at the cove the people who own and help to run Little Cove are second to none. Firstly there is the owner Pardeshi, whose priority is his guests and yoga his passion. He teaches all the yoga classes and makes sure that everyone from beginners to advanced are comfortable and can follow the classes to their ability. He explains the yoga as he takes everyone through the lessons and he is a clear and patient teacher, always mindful of the different abilities of guests. Pardeshi also takes the evening meditation on the rocks for an hour, teaching breathing techniques and chanting. With the sun going down and the sound of the sea around you is it difficult not to be moved. The team Pardeshi has to run the resort are all unfailingly friendly and helpful. From an early morning greeting with tea brought to your hut before yoga, to bringing plates of fruit salad to you wherever you are on the beach, the staff are the sunniest of people. From the welcome on arrival to the end of the stay nothing is too much trouble, and there is always help to arrange taxis to the towns for shopping, or for just more of their fabulous homemade ginger lemon tea. The food is amazing. The chefs produce vegetarian brunches and dinners of astonishing variety, the most delicious food I have ever had in India. Guests are welcome in the kitchen and the chefs will explain the dishes, so plenty of time to make notes of the recipes and spices used. Communal meals are a chance to socialise with everyone, yet there is time to be on your own if you wish. There is usually a mixture of guests, from solo travellers to groups, and with the easy going and friendly atmosphere new friendships are formed, and friends come together again from previous stays. The guest huts are simple clean and comfortable. Each has a small deck to relax on (just the place for early morning tea or a break from the sun), the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms (cold water shower but hot water on request) are more than adequate. There is also a small safe in each hut if you need it. I have never slept better. The long sandy beach is clean with shade coming from the palm trees and thatched canopies and the sea, although rocky in places, is safe and free from strong currents. Very shortly after arriving the staff will remember your name, no mean feat when guests can stay from a few days to weeks. Pardeshi is very quick to respond to e mails and any queries before you arrive, and will make sure that a pre- arranged taxi is waiting for you at Goa airport or the nearest train station. You will be looked after from start to finish. I am a repeat guest who continues to be lured back to this amazing place, an oasis of calm, warmth and tranquillity. A stay at Little Cove is a unique experience, and there is no other place like it. It is truly sublime, splendour in the sun. Thank you Pardeshi and your wonderful staff.

I researched different places before booking my trip to Goa and Little Cove stood out - what can I say that hasn't been said already???!! Yes, it really is as great as the reviews say and it deserves it's wonderful reputation. I was traveling alone and it was important to me to book somewhere I would feel safe - Little Cove certainly met that expectation, the arranged taxi was waiting at the airport and it is a good location for solo travelers. The daily yoga, led by Pardeshi, were fabulous and I cannot praise Pardeshi as a teacher high enough. Despite having a changing group and one of constant mixed ability it seemed to work for everyone with the emphasis on working to your own limitations and pace yet pushing yourself too if you had more experience. What made the classes special is the passion, knowledge and enthusiasm Pardeshi has for yoga and it feels like he lives the principles of yoga. The evening meditation is also magical, a mixture of instruction, chanting and breathing exercises and it felt very emotional. Food excellent, huts kept clean and the whole team part of what makes the place very special (massages amazing too!). The location is stunning, pretty remote down a bumpy road so sometimes the taxi will change to a more sturdy vehicle for the last kilometer of the journey. Yes, it is a small piece of paradise and certainly somewhere to go to completely relax. THANK YOU Pardeshi and your whole team.

The spot in incredible, it had a private beach with stunning view. The staff is super friendly and very kind. Good food, freshly made every day and good yoga workout. Pradeshi is a great teacher and man. Loved spending time with them. The only downside is that To get answers about booking and stuff via email or by phone takes a bit of time. Totally recommended and really value for money. Id love to come back soon.

I had a wonderful stay at little cola, all I wanted was to relax by the beach with the sun, eating good food, yoga, meditation, and massage. I got exactly what I needed and wished for this break. The staff is more than lovely, the massages are wonderful, the food is delicious and always a surprise even after 2 weeks and I wish I could have taken all this with me back in Paris. I wanted to be on my own which I was most of the time but I also met amazing people during meals time, we all eat together and that gives you the opportunity to socialize not in a pushy way: great balance. I feel grateful for the great yoga routine that Pardeshi taught us during the classes because now I m able to have my own practice at home. thank you so much Pardeshi.
