What's Good: Service
What needs to improve : Nothing much other than the location
Reason For Rating : Staff is very courteous and hospitable. Set in lush green surrounding, sitting besides the pool is good to rejuvenate mind and soul from the normal hustle and bustle of life. Right from the reception staff to the restaurant, they make you feel at home. It is far from the happening part of Goa but rest of the facilities and pampering that the hotel gives you compensates this view. These people helped me arrange taxis and self drive scooty nevertheless at more or less market price. I should take this moment and thank the reception staffs, and the reception champs, the Head Chef and manager for the wonderful service entailed. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Goa, love the silent part of it and want to be pampered.

What's Good: The decoration, staff, food, the pool, rooms and cleanliness
Reason For Rating : We felt pampered in this lovely resort. What a beautiful view and how beautiful this resort it. Good location but not for people who love crowd and parties as you wont find much to do at places nearby. The service is amazing, the staff is very humble, polite and always ready to help with a smile on their faces. The restaurant is just amazing with the amazing staff who are very sweet and also the chefs, who interact with you and take care of your choice. The food is super tasty with a lot of varities. I loved the pool and the view from there. Im already missing the place and will surely go back there.

Stayed at the resort before on several occasions and this time it was just a dinner visit with friends. Thanks to the lovely Bikash Pradhan , GM at Mayfair Goa, we were treated to an amazing culinary experience by the beautiful pool at Mayfair. Chef. Kailash presented a mouth water array of oriental inspired delicacies to entice of tastebuds. The Thai Curry was the star of the evening! The service team was equally efficient. COVID19 related protocol is absolutely spot on to ensure a safe stay and dining experience. Truly and evening well spent. Thank you guys!
Quiet, Cozy Resort

The hotel is very cozy and nestled on the banks of the River Sal. The rooms are neat and very spacious. The bathroom too is luxurious. The hotel has a pool overlooking the river where one can gaze at the sunset, watch the fishing trawlers meander along and even throw in a line and fish.
Mayfair Hideaway Hotel Goa

I have just spent a week at this lovely hotel with my 3 grown up daughters . Located where the Betul river joins the Arabian Sea this charming small hotel is in a quite magical setting . The hotel has a beautiful infinity pool which directly overlooks a landscape that changes hourly : sand flats that come and go in the tides , boats passing and astonishing bird life . On our last day we saw 30 red -backed kites swooping all day around the palm trees near the hotel . The staff were efficient and helpful , our well appointed upper level bedrooms overlooked the river estuary . The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet , sadly mangoes were not in yet season in March. The chef was very present and very open to daily discussions about what he would be making for dinner on those evenings when the full dinner buffet was not available ( we were staying at low season ). Highlights were the vegetable pakoras we ate for lunch every day and prawn curry made with the sweetest tiny fresh water prawns . This hotel offered exceptional value for money . I would have happily not left the hotel at all during the week but as my children were beach lovers we took the hotel free shuttle a couple of times to Cavillisom beach , and for yoga classes inexpensive taxis to Agonda beach which was nicer than Cavelossim. ( check out the Cuba Beach Bar ) Full marks to Rajendra the manager and all his staff for firstly the very efficient airport pick up on our arrival from the UK and the excellent service during our stay . We will now make this trip to the Mayfair Hideaway an annual one . Do not be put off this is not a direct beach hotel.
Truly a place to hideaway

Had 2 nights here before jetting back to the UK after being in India for 3 months. Stunning scenery with a beautiful pool to watch the tides come in from the sea and flow to the river. Absolutely spotless and clean, very attentive and polite staff, fantastic room and facilities with small attention to detail. Good food and an amazing spa with all the correct equipment. A definite return when back in India.
Ground floor and first floor rooms (very large) are available. Room 111 has very good mobility/disabled facilities should you require

We chose our rooms on the ground floor so we had lots of greenery just outside our room. Wonderful.
