Reason For Rating : The Location of hotel is very good, and food is also very delicious, but the service of hotel is pathetic, they will without intimate can give the room on 3rd floor where lift facility is not there, apart from this cleaning of room is happened after 2pm, service staff are nice and co-operative but manager of their are not at all good, over all experience of mine is ohk just because of the hotel location and food. my suggestion is that when you are charging a huge amount for service, then excellent service should be there

Reason For Rating : The waiter and house keeping staff is more professional than the ladies on reception.They even dont know how to manage the billing the handling the customer and your billing process should be more flexible(arranging of food bill and etc). Swimming pool should be more clean.

Reason For Rating : Lemme start with positive feedback- pick and drop service was good , cleaning boy and waiters were friendly , main reason of giving 5 out 10 is FOOD , food was very well cooked and tasty , food and drinks 100% worth swimming pool was 7/10 and now negative feedback - no bright lights in room very depressing dark rooms (yellow bulbs only ) reception staff very rude not at all professionals , when you call at reception they will say they will call u in 2 mins and you have to call twice in 20mins then they will resolve your query. So it was 50-50

What needs to improve : If you book through app be prepared to get the road side looking room. Food is below par and expensive which doesn't make sense. Wi-Fi is available only in lobby and swimming pool which is awkward. (We live in 21st century). Wi-Fi is a necessity not a luxury anymore.
Reason For Rating : No Wi-Fi in the room. Wi-Fi is available only in lobby or swimming pool. They charge for even a plate or spoon ordered in the room because outside food is not allowed. Ridiculous. Drop facility incharge are supportive but they behave like a transporter rather than a hotel staff.

What needs to improve : The horrible experience started as soon as we reached the hotel. First they didnt allow yhe car to park in their premises neither helped to park some where else. Secondly they didnt allow to check in till 2 o clock inspite we being reaching there just 1 hr before. Thirdly after chek in they gave us such a horrible room. Whole room was smelling of toilet. No lights. It was no less than a jail room. After complaining they changed the room after their sweettime. Bed was like a third grade hotels bed. Too much rules every where. It was like we have booked a hostel. No airport drop facility at night. Had to run here and there for taxi for airport. Later on came to know that the taxi union outside have a nexus with the hotel hence the hotel dows not provide parking facility and taxi at night. There was so many cracks in on the wall and in the washbasin that we felt like were living in a cheap road side hotel. I will never recommend this third class hotel to any one.

What's Good: Hotel was ok but it was a very bad experience - in a 4 star hotel staff was not cooperative on following points: They didn't allowed one of my guest in the room, he was came for a small meeting My flight was at 4:30 and their check out was 10 Am so I requested them that we will leave after 2 hours means 12 but they denied. In hotel restaurant we ordered veg biryani and we received biryani with stone in that. I can't expect that kind of mistakes from a 4 star hotel.

What's Good: There is No ample parking space for vehicles for so many rooms. Its hell to park & remove our vehicles. Nearly 2 hours a day will be spent on an average only for doing this.

What's Good: The hotel is located on an amazing location in calangute. everything is walking distance. we had a baby so we couldnt walk but we hired a car. best part is good value for money. however food is not great. i didnt like it too much, nether did my wife. and when we asked to sterlize baby bottles, they sterlized in unclean water. I should have went inside the kitchen and controlled it but!! But overall, staff is really good. room service is very timely. location is the best. cleanliness also ok. good for family. only thing have to be sure there are no lifts so try and take a room on the ground floor or first floor.

What's Good: The rooms are quite spacious and good. My only complaint is that at the time of booking, it shows that the rooms have free wifi but on reaching the hotel, we get to know that internet access is only available in the lobby. For a working professional, it was waste of money for me.

What's Good: The rooms were not clean on first place on getting the rooms changed after talking a supervisor, the services were very poor. The hotel stay and location was nice but every staff working there just promises but dont deliver anything. I ordered 2 bottle of water and they said in five min but no body turned up. They refused to give extra glasses, i had to go downstairs talk to reception and then they gave, they refused to give a lemon when my colleague was puking, i told them charge me but they refused to gave and lastly just to heat the food in microwave they charge 85 which was unbelievable

Rooms are not clean and well maintained, we had to ask the staff to mop the floor again after the checked-in. The room are spacious, but the furniture is old. Bed is hard and not comfortable. Also we had to ask for change in pillow covers as one of the pillow cover and holes in it. Food was average. Pool was clean but there was no staff member present at pool side to help guest in any need Overall the resort gives a fuzzy oldish feeling(negative way).

This was with reference to my review few days back about the shut down of the pool facility at Neelam the grand. The management staff smartly replied back saying they would transfer our booking to Neelam the Glitz. However, later when I mailed them nobody bothered to reply even after repetitive mails. I have taken a screenshot of the mail and attached with this review. They try to act and show on a public forum as very cooperative and kind but I believe they are very diplomatic and smart in fooling customers. And the worst part is trip advisor does not have the option of replying back to the management response. So you have to log in through alternate email id and re-post.

Just completed my trip today (with worst hotel experiences) Nice things: 1. ambiance (though old structure) 2. maintained 3. in town (near to Calangaute & Baga beach) 4. pick up & drop in facility in nice vehicle Not so good things: 1. Only interested in money, customer satisfaction comes last (Specific people like Manager Mr Shyam & Receptionist Ms Kasturi) 2. Food Quality is average 3. Same food/Breakfast on daily basis - No change 4. Not good service 5. Gym is also ok 6. Swimming pool water is not clean. Worst experience: Dont consider their commitments - Not reliable. Ms Karishma (in charge at food entry) says we will adjust ur first day breakfast with any other day. On 2nd last day, she & Ms Kasturi (reception counter lady) says now it is not possible. So I have called manager. Mr Shyam, reception head & Mr Francis, food & beverage head, both says it is error of Ms Karishma. First they say, she is not authorised to give such commitments. Point is on first day how do u know, who is authorised & who is not. U will simply rely on the person who is at reception of restaurant. When u put such point thn their answer is u dont have to pay, it is her mistake. accordingly she will bear charge. NOW THE REAL GAME STARTS: On the day of checkout, both great managers Mr Shyam & Mr Francis r not available. Reception lady forces u to pay to complete checkout procedure (U dont have any other option, as u have to catch flight). Once u pay thn comes Mr Shyam, now u have paid so nothing can be done. When u ask for complain book to write complain thn comes a new person, Ms Vandana (so called Relationship Manager). She says u should have come to me earlier. The fact is she was also listening to all the discussion which was happening with Mr Shyam & Mr Francis, a day before. When I told her u were also listening all the discussion with Managers yesterday, yes but I was busy in some other work & u havent called for help. WHAT NONSENSE. By hook or crook, they want money.

Pathetic and rude staff!!!! THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY VERY PATHETIC AND NEED SOME TRAINING BADLY !!!I booked the hotel for a group of people and made full payment before the check out of the group.. However rs 200 were left somehow to be paid. The hotel people did not let the client check out just for a mere 200 rs.. Even after doing payment in lakhs.. It was really embarassing.. And shocking.. For the guest ..The hotel can be so Downmarket for a mere 200 rs..
