This is our forth time in Goa and second time in in this property. We just love to stay there specially cozynook. But for the first two days we have to stay at paradise studio which is special for honeymoon couple according to them but I strictly recommend not to stay. That part is surrounded with trees, splash pool is decorated with pebbles and one can enjoy the pool from the room just straight from the bed, nicely maintained kitchenette but the problem is the lighting system. The lights everywhere is dim from bedroom to bath room everywhere. We felt some negativity all over. But after two days we got back our real paradise cozy nook. This time they painted with another colour and splash pool is slightly decorated. But all is well now.Even I have enjoyed the main villa pool when there was no guest even in the evening near about 7-8 pm.So, enjoy.

Vill nina is the best place to stay if u hv group. The surroundings r very scenic nd lush green and location is also vry apt. They hv full furnished kitchen. The most imp thing to mention is the caretaker raju nd his wife. They r very kind nd helping nature. bcoz of them our stay was vry comfortable. They help u in all the way they can. Pool is also the usp of villa. Room were clean nd bathrooms too were neat nd clean. Overall villa nina is best in budget.

Stay period 3 Dec to 6 dec. We were two couples and we booked villa Nina. The villa is spacious, beautiful and located at good place due to proximity to vagtor Beach, anjuna Beach (which we found to be less crowded than baga and calangute), however as we know good things don't come easily and owner of the place also believes the same(you will understand the owner part as you read further). When we entered the villa, it was in the shabbiest condition (may be guys in the room cozy nook next door) had a good party there and the caretaker was too tired to clean, the pool wasn't maintained, the bathtubs in rooms did not have basic stopper, the towels and door mat were not there (which the caretaker later arranged), rooms were smelling since it was recently painted and rather than being dried out properly for the smell to subside it was locked for a long time and to top it all, the best experience was when we realised that we also had to share kitchen with the caretaker. This is when i recalled the following lines from website of villa nina while browsing for a place to stay "villa Nina offers you complete privacy among high compounded greenary ...." I learnt a different perspective of privacy that day. When this was informed to the owner he said that basic requirements which we mentioned could be expected only in a 5 star and spoke as if he is doing a favour by renting out his high class villa at the published rates. I couldn't explain him that if getting 5 star status was that easy then may be every nook and corner of India would have had 5 star accommodations. While by the end of the trip we either managed on few instance or few things were set right when pointed out, i dint knew that i was hired to perform an audit free of cost correcting them all the way and i was the one who paid for this and not them. Anyways, if maintained properly with a better service for the price they are charging for their 5 star property and the owner were to be a bit courteous, this could have been a memorable stay as the trip otherwise was.

We booked Cozy Nook in Villa Nina which provides amenities like L.E.D Tv, A/c, 24hrs hot/cold water, pantry including induction cooktop and necessary utensils, crockeries and cutleries. It also includes splash pool. The room is quite decked and spacious. Also the bed is quite spacious. It has an iron door at its main entrance of Cozy Nook which once bolted provides full privacy both in and out of the pool. There's no hole at all on the door as well as on the high compound wall surrounding the pool. Hence 100% privacy is guaranted. The room rent was Rs 2200 per night in Jan (season) and is well maintained and well kept. Bed linens are changed on every alternative days. The caretaker Basuraj and his wife are very cooperative and helpful. They also provide a common fridge for all the 3 available properties like Cozy Nook, paradise studio and the main villa.
