Reason For Rating : The manager was good. Front office staff is also good. Rest - the stay, food and location is at par.

Reason For Rating : PR goa is not a 5 star It has an excellent property, but service level is 3 star only No elevator in somr cluster Only Luke warm water in shower No proper drainage in washroom Resort rio half price is 100 times better

I had this very lovely stay in park regis goa . Specially the food is very good and fresh . Gautam Bhanja captain of the restuarant one of the best person captain i have ever met. Always give personalize touch excellent service given by him . Food part JALADHER CHEF prepares excellent food . Butter garlic prawans were Yummy.

I do not really understand why am I even writing a review for this hotel. This hotel does not deserve a review at all. This was the worst experience ever. pathetic check in to pathetic breakfast. no one really cares. they charge for additional kids above 6 years. lady was super rude, 6 years 1 month is not even an exception. I felt like lady was scared even to go to management to ask if one month could be an exception. she is like if you do not pay, i ll have to pay from my pocket. seriously!! this is the attitude. breakfast was terrible, bakery was soggey, service serving dosa was so filthy even a dhaba server would wear clean clothes, talk manner and say thank you. Not their fault, restaurant was filled with people and looked like mess. This is was my second visit. First visit was terrible too - dirty room, some cleaning guy enters rooms without knocking, furniture is just not good, all broken corners, wooden floor is all uneven, looks like there was never a interior designer for this hotel - a free friend business it seems. Ishan - the manager last time ensured we had a memorable stay in spite of all these complaint. He came to breakfast and ensure i get desired food timely, better service and all. Just his assurance and trust made me come back again. When I asked to see Ishan, first no one responds than someone tells he left. I think this hotel has always been like this but people like him keeps the pieces together. I would hence not suggest this to anyone. If someone wants to just waste money and time, this hotel management will ensure that you do.

I stayed in this hotel from 11th Jan 2020 to 14th Jan 2020 with my wife & 2 childrens. The front desk staff is totally unskilled. They don't even know how to welcome a guest at the time of check in. They don't have any information about the check in guest. At the time of check, the front desk lady ask me to wait as my agent had not paid the entire amount against my booking & later on she said there is some confusion at there end which is settled know. Further at the time of check in even a 2 star property welcome there guest with welcome drink or water but in this so called 5 star property I have to ask 5 times for water only. Following are some of the pros & cons of this property: Pros: 1. Rooms are spacious & clean (we booked premium room). 2. Property area is large & gives a nice look. 3. Food is delicious (our package is with breakfast only), but menu options are very limited in comparison to other 5 star properties. 4. Security guards, some of the staff in restaurant & the bell boy team at the gate are the only persons who welcome you with warmth every time we came across. Rest all the staff specially the front desk team is totally un professional. 5. Property location is good although little bit far from beach but still if you have rental conveyance you can easily manage. Cons: 1. 2 star category staff at the front desk always welcome you with negative reply to all of your positive expectations from any 5 star property. They are ready to give you a pathetic start for your dream vaccation & accordingly the same behaviour at the time of check out. 2. Hotel is only for business purpose or for marriages. Not good for families as you will not find any activity in the hotel which force you to spend some time in the property other than sleeping in the night. 3. We are in goa at time when tourist is at peak in goa. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel first 2 nights there is good crowd (only business persons) as there was some business conference is going on but on the third day the entire hotel is empty except an occupancy of 5 to 10 rooms in this so called 5 star property. 4. No activity near swimming pool. In three night stay I have not seen a single person using the swimming pool. Even they have not placed any beds (sun bath) across the swimming pool area. 5. No activities for kids. 6. To my big surprise in this so called 5 star property you are not allowed to bring outside taxi. If you need a taxi for any pick up or drop you need to book the same from outside taxi union counter only. Tes you can bring your personal self drive rented vehicle. 7. Housekeeping service is very slow. 8. Food is tasty on the first two days experience when there was a crowd in the hotel but on third day as I said the occupancy in the hotel is almost negligible, the quality of service & food is very very low. Also they have very less options in their breakfast menu. In the last I only want to say if your visiting for a holiday vacation in goa don't spoil your valuable time & money on this cheaply handled so called 5 star property.

Terrible experience at this hotel. This hotel can't be called a 5 star hotel as hospitality, quality of rooms, food & service is below that of a 3 star hotel. Here is my horrible experience - 1. Upon reaching the hotel at 1:30 PM the girl at the hotel reception had no clue which category of room I had booked. I had to show show the booking confirmation email in which it was mentioned I had booked a premium room at 10,000/- per night. Upon checking after half an hour I was informed that the room was not ready. I was finally taken to y room at 4: 30 PM. Upon reaching the room was still getting cleaned. Seeing the room it was not the premium room shown in the photos. The entire furniture of the room was in a terrible state, not something I have ever seen in a 5 star hotel before. Being terribly disappointed & feeling cheated I was unpacking my things and the locked door flew open & a couple & bell boy entered my room with their luggage. The hotel had given the same room to another couple with the room key. I had to show my room key to confirm that i was booked in this room. I was completely aghast that someone had just entered my locked hotel room. 2. In the evening around 7 Pm I went to the reception desk to complain about the quality of my room & to change my room to another which is in a better condition. I was rudely told by the girl (same girl who had booked my room) that it would be chargeable and I have got what I booked for. Upon insisting to change my room she said all Garden View rooms are like that & if you want a premium room you have to pay extra for it. I was shocked as I had booked a premium room. Upon showing my booking confirmation email again to her she realized she had checked me into the wrong category of room. I was told coldly to go and pack my luggage & they would send someone to pick my luggage (as the room was very far in another block from the main reception) & change my room to the room i had actually booked. I was not even offered a sorry. Furious I went to my room & packed the luggage. I waited & waited, no one came. I had to drag all my luggage to the reception desk. The girl was nowhere to be seen & another girl was sitting there. After 5 mins she saw me standing & asked if I had got the keys to my room. She gave me the keys & told me to go to my room & pointed the direction in which i had to go. I told her no one came for my luggage upon which she replied no one is available at the moment. Please note - This is the attitude of the staff at the reception desk managing a 5 star hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel experience. One can get better service at 3 star hotels. Finally i lost my cool & after a serious argument with her i got someone to take my luggage to the room. 3. After ruining most of my day the hotel staff was not even sorry, forget about trying to compensate me for their blunders. After keeping my luggage in the room & locking it (who knows maybe someone might enter with a key) I went to the reception to ask what the hotel management is planning to do in return for ruining my day. The girl at the reception looked at me with a blank face & said the main manager has left for the day & you can speak to him on call. She also added that it was not her fault all this happened. The manager offered me few hours extra past the check out time. Even he was not sorry nor he bothered to speak with me the next day & apologize in person. 4. Breakfast at this hotel is terrible. You can't even get a proper coffee. Desserts are taken out straight from the fridge & are cold & soggy. Variety of food was extremely limited. Staff is again rude. Its more like a strict boarding school than a hotel, forget 5 star hotel. For the Managerial staff at Park Regis customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priory list. 5. Rooms were not cleaned even after informing at the reception desk before going out. No one at this hotel knows what is going on. Anyone booking this hotel thinking its a 5 star hotel, please don't. Its terrible. They ruined my trip. If only I could give 0 stars, I would.

Where shall I start? From the rude check-in to the non-existent service, this has been our worst experience after two weeks travelling in India. The hotel is soul-less and awful. Weve since moved to a 3-star hotel up the road which is beautiful. Do yourself a favour. Dont stay here, there are much better places in Goa.
