Resort was nice and good. The rooms near the swimming pools are good for family and for friend, the separate wings is attractive. Breakfast is good but the space is limited. Major attraction is is very near from both the famous Bagha and Calingut beaches.

It claims to be 3 star hotel but its rooms are below par any standard hotel. The interior decoration if any is not visible. The electric kettle they provided us has rust in it.A bad odor is in the room itself.Room is fitted with an old window AC. Very bad experience. Not recommended.

This Hotel had no record of our reservation when we arrived but they found us a room as I had a print out of the Hotel confirmation made through Hotels.com. Staff were friendly enough, accommodation was cheap, clean and breakfast was included. The location of this Hotel is fantastic. Would stay again as was exactly what we needed.

I stayed here in mid of June for 2 nights from 16th until 18th. My taxi driver could not find the location of the hotel as there is no proper visible signage of the hotel on main road just says Oyo santiago. Upon check in the receptionist did not even confirm me my check out date and time as I believe its a basic standard for any hotel receptionist. Bellman escorted me to my room which was room 109. Interior of the room is really cozy and attractive, room was clean and tidy with comfortable bed which impressed me. I could not get a proper signal of the Wifi in the room also found 2-3 lizards in the room and washroom. I called reception to report, however he could not resolve the problem. This hotel is located not located on the main street as it looks like and 15 mins away from Tittos lane and 20 mins by walk from the baga beach. You need to walk a lil bit inside from the main road to reach hotel. And also its absolutely NOT a Beach resort, not even adjacent to the beach as the name says. I stayed during monsoon season so there was a water logging issue on the way towards the hotel in the lane. There is no facility of light as well on the street in lane where hotel is located, so it was very inconvenience to walk out of the hotel during night time. So DO NOT book this hotel during monsoon and absolutely no for travelers looking a hotel near beach side. Management should try to resolve the issues to to enhance the experience of your guest. Hotel staff was humble and friendly at reception and also in restaurant. Kudos for staff.

Santiago is not a beach property. They are misleading people. Its adjacent to a main road. The main road is always crowded because Titos is near by. The hotel is average and not at all worth for beyond 1000/-. I paid 3200/- I had a very worst experience. I booked it through MakeMyTrip and it was OYO posted in MMT. They gave me a worst room whenI reach there which was not the one I booked. There are more buildings apart from near by the pool. I had to fight with the receptionist to get atleat 50% matches from what i have booked. They asked me to contact OYO. Reception people were very rude..also the house keeping guys. Its like i am staying in free of cost. Santiago was my last day stay in GOA..there are other good hotels which is available cheaper than this. Its better to stay away from crowded place. Without a two wheeler you cannot go near by wherever you stay in GOA. Roaming around in two wherler is the main activity in GOA.. Calagute is a better place.. Breakfast is a waste of money in this hotel. Outside everywhere is expensive for food. Some of the panjabi dhaba is a better option. I have posted some photos of the room they have provided. Thank god I have stayed only for one day. This hotel i have booked by seeing the reviews in internet. The pool is available only from 9am till 7pm. So it was not useful. Its better to book anyother hotel.
