Just returned after spending a wonderful Christmas there ...so overview : Location. 10 min walk to beach. Close to Novotel. Shops/bars/restaurants. On the doorstep. Staff: wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast : eggs ..anyway you want them and toast ! BUT ..if you buy your own cereal or fruit they are happy to supply milk or cut fruit. ( which we did no biggie) Rooms : A.C., ceiling fan, tv ( we got reception to get it to work) fridge, kettle. Wet room. Hot water. Beds and towels changed everyday. Room was clean. Pool . Lots of sunbeds & rarely crowded. Overall. If you want 5* this is not for you! But if you want a basic room with all the amenities and fantastic service at a good price then I would highly recommend this hotel.Room 305 is great ( door a bit odd !! ) We requested a late check out ..and was given another room to use..excellent especially as it was the holiday period.

Travelled here from North Goa for a 2 night break. We were put into Lucianos over the road. It has an impressive lobby area and a new lift. The corridors are quite dark as all the windows are curtained. The first room we were taken to hadnt been cleaned so we were taken to another very quickly, we couldnt stay in this one either as it had been allocated for the next night, we were then taken to another room on the top floor at the end of the corridor. This was not good, a standard double bed in a narrow room, the bathroom window was a louvre design which would have provided great access for mosquitoes . We decided that if this was the standard we would get a refund and go elsewhere. On our way to Reception we saw the chap who had taken us to the room, he sensed we were unhappy and quickly gave us the room that had been allocated to someone else. This room (202) has a large bed, a wet room bathroom, a large balcony overlooking the restaurant. It has an aircon unit and a fan, there is a fridge (very noisy and not working properly) it has a TV (didnt work) . Towels are provided and the room is cleaned daily. The lighting is minimal so difficult to see properly when its dark. There are no complimentary toiletries provided , not a problem, but be aware . Breakfast is in the outdoor restaurant. Eggs eggs and more eggs. If you, like me dont like runny undercooked eggs ask for them to be turned over. I think they did offer a meat option but as a vegetarian it was of no interest. I did overhear a regular stayer ask for fried tomatoes on his toast and this did look very appealing. I like goan breakfast of dosa or idli with sambar but this was not an option. The staff are very polite and friendly. We were never left long without being attended to. I must mention the young lady Maria who is training on Reception. She is a star, I wish her a successful career. Upon departure we were given an apology by the chap who checked us in because of the mix up with the rooms. Overall my opinion is that the hotel is ok for 2 nights but no more. The room was far from clean, surfaces tacky and lots of cobwebs. The staff however are a credit. One point is that mosquitoes are rife in this area so cover up at night and use plenty of repellent.

Stayed here as we had been recommended to. Stayed across the road in Lucianas, rooms spacious and cleaned daily . We had a small issue as the bed was a bit hard for us , but, this was soon remedied as they supplied matress toppers for us immediately. Staff very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous pool very clean. Breakfast lovely , all in all a real bargain .

This isn't 5 star or even 3 but do you want a hotel that looks and is European. Then this is the place to stay because it is clean, friendly, serves best food in Cavelossim and has great staff. Also comes with fabulous beach and shack (beach restaurant).
