The hotel is good location wise. Before you book you need to make sure what room you get. There are different type of rooms. Some are good and some are really bad. Hotel has pool which is nice. And the nearby restaurants are also very good. Its peaceful to be...and budget friendly

We travelled with Kay P and I would like to add that while they went to search for rooms I stayed with the cases in reception and witnessed another traveller arrive with his booking details and was also told there was no room. This situation obviously happens regularly. No assistance was offered to us even bathroom facilities for the traveller.

We stayed at this hotel last February (2018) and my review then was positive and we decided to return this year. I booked two rooms in May last year for three weeks in February/March this year. I checked our booking in January this year via email as I wanted to add one extra guest for one week. I received a one word response confirmed. However, on arrival at 3am we were advised that they had not record of our booking and no rooms available. Our friend who was joining us for one week decided to book through booking.com and we asked if her reservation was confirmed. NO. The man at reception said it was our problem and we should speak to their head office in Delhi. He was unwilling to do this for us even though he spoke the language and even smirked. This hotel has been taken over by a hotel chain called Treebo and this seems to be an issue with the group in general. We managed to find an alternative hotel at extra cost to ourselves but it was far superior in every way and I am adding my review on this hotel too.

This hotel is situated at worse location at candolim,the outside view is damn bad.Pool is just a funny thing so small to think of enjoy anything.Rooms were good, spacious but strange thing was it was difficult to find TV and AC remote.Terrible it was as there was no AC supply when there was power cut so it doesn't feel like in hotel.Worse was behaviour of staff,they were so unprofessional and arguing with customers,when we enquired about power cut they said what can we do ? We can't stop power cut.They were some kind of belief of that they r treating us as free customers.Breakfast was worst of worst as there was no buffet breakfast,only 1 or 2 dishes that too not tasty..the vegetables was cold served,only of patotoes.Be it Puri bhaaji,or paranthas, nothing was tasty or worth of.Staff is very unprofessional,behaved very badly,they always argued with customers,and I found one of small bag missing which I remembered after reaching home.Their treatment was like they r offering u free stay.Very bad experience,not a worth of staying.Location is somewhat feels like u suddenly visited a rural area,service of hotel is very poor I rate.U only imagine in your nightmare,That AC don't works without light,in hotel.

we stay here for 4 days Candolim is very nice place now its time for hotel. One of the main staff of hotel may be manager or other navdeep singh have no idea how to talk with the guest other staff and hotel is good but this man ???? Service is very slow because all the call of reception are received by Navdeep singh and he only said abhi bhejta Hun but abhi kabhi nahin hota hai inka. Overall experience is not good Food is nice boys from canteen is very well behaved to guest But navdeep singh terrible.
