    What's Good: nothing. its absolute pathetic

    What needs to improve : its absolute pathetic hotel. located next to a dumpyard and it stinks so much in lobby and rooms. so soap or hand napkins in bathrooms. even we had to remind them about toilet paper. flush do not work properly. Its total waste of money

    Please b careful while booking this so called resort! No wifi Leakage from a/c Least caring staff. No towels n quilts provided even after repeated requests. Taps not working. Mushy bathroom. Even a frog crawled in my room. Foul smell in each n every room. We were a group of 14 schoolmates, reunited after 20 years in this resort n my room was 103, stayed there from 2nd Jan'18 to 6th Jan'18. Checked out only with regrets.

    I just wish if Tripadvisor had a negative score option. I would recommend to choose Tangerine only if you are running out of options and dont have anything else even if the price might appear discounted basis the pictures on web. The hotel is under renovation and the basic hygiene and customer service is not even close either in the rooms or in hotel premises. The rooms are filthy and furniture have high signs of wear and tear. I was torn with the service and hygiene that I had to check out in between. Some lame excuses which I have never heard in of my stay- a) When asked for tea around noon, I was told that entire staff is busy prepping up for lunch and it will take 40 Minutes. b) Asked for fresh towels, I was told that laundry isnt in yet but they can arrange for one from vacant rooms. c) Asked for cleaning the room, but when I returned in evening the hotel staff dint have any clue if the room is cleaned or not. They checked and asked us to wait as they are cleaning the room. After waiting for 15 Minutes in the lobby, I thought of checking the room and to my surprise the room was as is. d) Pool has dried up leaves in bottom of the pool and it appeared wasnt cleaned for days. Though after a day I saw a guy cleaning the pool. e) When I asked why the service is so sloppy, I was told that the owner met with an accident and is critical and hence the situation is like this. f) Post checking out when I asked for refund, no one was bothered to ask why an early check rather a boy was sent my way stating that refund will be credited by the booking agency.

    Booked 2 weeks in Imoerial Suite, it was awful. Dirty, dark suite, disputing bathrooms, stained toilet seats, grim half way up the doors, old dirty furniture, nothing like the photos! Lifts dirty, stairways dirty, reception toilets flooded in pee, pool dirty, gardens a mess, reception dirty with litter and foods on the floor. Didn't even stay one night, got my money back and left!

    Stayed at tangerine calangute for 2 nights and 3 days in September 17.... Over all it was a good experience.... Gave an early check in and had to to pay little extra for late check out with out much trouble... The place was undergoing renovation so it was not in best of shape s but I got a really good deal as it was off season so cant complain much.... Bf they provide was good and had many options including both north indian nd south indian dishes.... Tv was not functioning and all the furniture s and wood work does show signs of wear n tear.... Super market s just next door which s very helpful... Lookout for a good deal u don't wanna end up paying a lot either....
