What's Good: Rooms
What needs to improve : Swimming pool is very small.Food is very very costly.
Reason For Rating : Room was good. Staff is also good. It was mentioned that the hotel is near or at walakable distance which is not true.Around 1.5km from beach.

Reason For Rating : Basic amenities were not included for a hotel at this price range.

We were really very disappointed with our stay in this hotel in January 2019. This was the worst part of our 20 days holiday in India. We had to spend 7 nights of our 20 days holiday in India in this rubbish hotel. Our flight arrived at 11:30 pm, and so we arrived at the hotel at about 1:00 am. The rooms, the hotel, the hotel's frugal food was the worst experience ever. The bed sheets in our room were soiled, dirty and worn out. We demanded that they were changed immediately because we just couldn't sleep in them. The bed linen was changed but the replacement bed linen was also worn out and torn. Insects were crawling around in our room due to poor housekeeping Just after 2 hours sleep, we were demanded that our tour operator B2B Hospitality India find us a better hotel. The response from the tour operator was that we would have to pay extra money on top of what we had already paid the tour operator to be moved to another better hotel. The tour operator claimed that the hotel had already been paid for our 7 nights stay, and that they couldn't get a refund. This is very hard to believe given that the tour operator claim to be using this hotel on a regular basis. The hotel's cleaning, worn out bed linen, limited frugal offerings make this a very unpleasant destination. We were moved to 2 other rooms in this hotel, but they were all equally bad. We didn't have hot water for our showers on a daily basis, because the hotel claimed that the water was heated using solar panels, and once the hot water had been used by other guests, that was it, cold water for the showers. For the breakfast, there only 2 or 3 items in total available. Most of the time, the food ran out, and we had to wait, and wait for the chef to prepare more for our breakfast. This resulted in us having to wait 20 -30 minutes for an egg omelette, 20 -30 minutes for a cup of coffee or tea, 15-20 minutes for a toast of bread. The time for breakfast was therefore an hour to an hour and a half because of the small frugal amounts being served and the slow speed in the kitchen and the slow serving rate. My advice to anyone considering this hotel, stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday experience

Room cleaning service was almost like unavailable. Hot water service was poor.There is no hot water untill its noon. Due to sollar system. Water bottle is charged double than its MRP. Everyday powercut for some little time in just hotel was disturbing

We booked very early and I had communicated with the manager to arrange transport for our transfer really excited on arrival NO TRANSPORT so had to arrange our own. On arrival at the hotel which by now was 04.30 am we discovered we were not booked in! I had conformation of our booking after another 45 mins the security phoned the manager who agreed to give us a room. The next morning my partner spoke to the manager he came up with a story about the hotel changing hands and them not being paid but I had emails from him confirming our stay he asked me to pay him and claim the money back from the company we booked through, I refused and made him phone the company funny but discovered it had been paid. The room was not as we had booked we were moved twice the second room the electric socket was hanging off the wall with wires exposed, the third room was good, nice size and clean. The pool was small but ok and the restaurant was good, the staff in the restaurant were brilliant and made us an omelette every day and the evening meals we had there were amazing . I had an accident whilst out and about and the young men who worked in the hotel couldn't do enough for us bringing our meal to our room and bringing fresh water every day. Then my partner got a fever and again they were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is away from the town in a residential area but only 7 min walk and 15 mins walk to the beach. The other disappointment was the behaviour of the indian guests they had no respect for anyone , rude, noisy even just walked into our room as if it was acceptable. 10/10 to the waiting staff 6/10 reception 0/10 to management 6/10 to hotel 10/10 to food and it was cheap
