What's Good: I stayed 2 nights with my wife 06 feb 2015.Hotel is average but the maintenance is very bad. Food service was average. the price is average. Only the included breakfast is realy very poor. room is very small. we had average experience.

I have been here in goldfinch hotel for 1 day.. everything are just perfect.. diksha from front office is marvellous. . Her smile is very beautiful. . She took my check in.. lovely girl.. Even other staff are also good.. Hk room service restaurant are good.. I love the stay..

We stayed at Valentines Retreat for three weeks it was an amazing experience and the staff were absolutely brilliant Lavu who cleaned our room daily and there was a new design on our bed each day and Kali and Sona served our meals each night with a smile and welcoming us into the restaurant. The rooms are basic but met all our needs with air con and ceiling fans also free WiFi. The beach is a short walk but also had the use of the pool. We will definitely be returning as soon as we get the opportunity. They said they are going to update the rooms in the off peak season. Cant wait to return. Thank you all for making our stay so good. Reciption service is very bad. Wi-Fi and restaurant this thing are fairy tale they are not exist in hotel. Hotel staffs service is worst and they are very rude they argue with guest. Staff you can see them only in reciption. They don't clean your room. AC not working properly. If you are Indian then don't visit in this hotel. No arrangement of drinking water. Me and my two friend paid for 2 bed room and hall but after paying all amt they refuse to give another room.

This is a basic hotel and if you are indian dont expect them to treat you as you are a privilege guest. The hotel is more geared to Russian customers than Indian. Their basic amenities are not upto pat. For eg, the shower trickles water slower than drizzling rain. Drizzling rain is a beautiful experience but this is not. The WC flush takes 2 to 3 flushes to clean the WC. The double beds are actually 2 single beds combined together and no the mattress is not 1 mattress. This is not a good experience if you sharing the bed with your wife or girlfriend. The breakfast which is free is lacking everything. They only provide puri bhaji or poha or bread butter jam and tea in paper cup. I rather go to Infantaria and pay for my breakfast. The rooms are decent and spacious. But the AC cooling takes forever to cool the room.

Not a good option for Couples. The front desk service is worst. Hotel staffs have no hospitality experience. I doubt if they are even literate. They donot understand simple instructions. When we checked in, the bathroom was not clean and toilet seat had urine stains. There was no arrangement for drinking water, not even a bottle of water. We were in Goa to celebrate Birthday and our friend's second anniversary. The kitchen gets closed post 11.00 pm and at 12.00 am when we request for a knife from front desk for cake cutting, they refused saying that kitchen is closed. At least, this is a common sense to have such arrangements. Anyways we skipped lunch and dinner at hotel to avoid any further disappointment. Please spend few more buck and get a better hotel to avoid such disaster.
