It is tucked in a very scenic quiet part of north Goa within a few minutes of driving distance from the action zone. Looking for a sun downer - don't have to go anywhere but just laze at the private pool deck and enjoy the view of the setting sun. It must have been fab when new but is in need of a fair bit of maintenance now. The house manager not particularly concerned about cleanliness unless told (though he is friendly and cooperative). Would not have paid the expected price had I seen it earlier - but worth every penny charged (Rs 25K a night in peak peak season) if the facility improves. 2 comfortable rooms with a nice sitting and dining area - compact open kitchen fully equiped with a microwave, refrigerator, and flame stove - utility room with a washing machine (pity no dryer). Property is photogenic (looks better than is as of now). Would certainly visit again if it shapes up.

I say its an awesome place, The pictures I uploaded will speak what I say. Very comfortable clean and Prem (The villa care taker) was very nice and helping. A little away from North Goa beaches on a small hill top, but if you have your own car/bike then its just a 10 minute ride to North Goa Candolim beach.
