    TV not working as they have not paid for subscription, most of times nobody receives call on reception and housekeeping

  • 2nd stay at the Hotel after 2 Years

    As wonderful as ever. I booked through agoda and got some good discount. We had three rooms and stayed there for 3 days. The location is priceless at this cost, walking distance from Pari Chowk. Good service, neat and clean room. Courteous staff. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff, a special mention to Avnish Chandra, excellent guy, managing all the daily affairs. Keep it up Avnish!! Things I wl like to suggest: a little more options in Breakfast wl do lot of good to add to their service. In my room the towels didn't feel clean and fresh. Otherwise whatsoever it a excellent place to stay. I will surely recommend to anyone who is visiting there for official purposes.

    Had a really bad experience! Staff is really rude and unprofessional! Rooms on second floor are dirty and disgusting. ACs make jarring sound and furniture and linen is old and worn out. Blankets were so bad and uncomfortable with stains. Rooms need painting really bad and pics posted are really misleading. This is not even a 2 star hotel. Also, there is no lift. Staff will not bother to inform you stuff like breakfast ordered in room is not complimentary and later charge you for it. But worst of all is the staff experience. They have absolutely no training in customer service. They just want to extract money out of you and being in prime location they have no shortage of customers. Rude and uncouth with devil may care attitude.

    Worst hotel worst staff worst service. No professionalism at all. Mosquitoes in lobby, light was dripping for again and again. Front desk staff was very rude. No words to explain this stay more than worst. I will definitely not prefer this hotel in future.we booked from oyo website but the classification of this hotel is more than 1 star. Staffs are not even clear with the hotel policies. They are sitting like a programmed robot there. Highly disappointed. Staff are roaming in the lobby no discipline. All restaurant staff was sitting on the lobby sofas

    Booked for a week looking at one of their ads. Room was nice and comfortable with ample of space to walk around. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was delicious . Comfortably located walking distance from parichowk.. Works for me. Recommended to any kind of traveller

  • Terrible hotel and not work even a single Ruppes

    The hotel was booked my relative for a marriage function in December last year. The room were dirty and Terrible maintained. The worst part was their food the mutter panner didnot had Paneer, the raita was like devoid of anything in it,,,the dal was watery with hardly anything in it. The hotel it seems was used a academy to train the student about hospitality but they were also rude.Only positive point was it nearness to Pari Chownk.
