This is Indeed a wow experience with botanix nature resort. Marvelous atmosphere with lip smacking food. Bone with DJ was like out of this world. We thoroughly enjoy our stay with this garden resort. It was more like business outing but next time I would surely come with family and relatives.

Overall experience was not all close to what was expected. Apart from spending time in pool no other activity was available where a person could have engaged themselves. After 6 PM it was more horrible when we did not have anything to do. It's looked like we paid an amount to sleep in cottage which was again below average. No one was available at reception at night. No urgent requirements after 10:30 PM.

You will feel as if you are in a funeral post 6 pm of you are staying in this resort. No music, no bonfire ..no games..the silence starts haunting you after a while..non flexible staff..you ask for anything- immediate response is NO, then you have to explain them..then they would think for 2 mins & would say NO, I mean considering a 3star property, this was beyond terrible. No water post 10.30 PM, no one in reception post 10.30 pm..would never visit again..food was very average considering the amount that we paid ( 8 families, 6k per family for one night)..strongly non recommend.

We visited this Resort on 29/06/2018 . It is a vast beautiful property to enjoy with family or friends. Camel ride n bullock cart ride were really enthralling. Food was tasty but service was a bit slow . Pool area needs maintenance ( this is the major issue to be taken care of ) The condition of ladies changing room was very pathetic n dirty with open window and broken inside lock of door , The main attraction the waterfall in swimming pool is not working . Management should take essential measures to improve their standard for increasing their ratings snd footfall of visitors.

I booked 2 cottages for an overnight/ weekend stay here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. We were 2 families (parents and our family), so overall 6 adults and 2 kids. The property is vast and such a sight for sore eyes!! There's greenery and potted plants everywhere adding color to the whole environment. The cottages were spacious and well designed. The bedding was comfortable but there were lizards and some insects for company in the room. Please take Odomos to apply for the night. The service, unfortunately, was very bad and every request for toiletries etc had to be reiterated couple of times to the staff before being carried out!! Tea/ coffee and meals are served in the dining room but it takes ages for anything to be replenished. I remember that for a meal, the chaapatis were brought in after our meal was over! The shower in the bathroom had current passing through it and we had to ask for a staff to check it out. Although he said there was nothing, we were quite wary of the whole thing!! There was also some leakage from the geyser. It's best to carry your own toiletries especially shampoo as it's not provided for. There is no fridge in the room so better to make ice-bucket arrangement for carrying water bottles etc. The food is tasty and a good spread between vegetarian and non-veg dishes. Along with Indian, there were Chinese dishes as well and no dish was spicy which was very good as it tasted like home-cooked food. Full marks for that. There is a complimentary bullock cart ride for every guest, but is not mentioned by the front office/ booking staff till asked about. There are a lot of outdoor games like badminton, table tennis,cricket... but the table tennis ball is smashed\broken. The baby pool has a lot of insects like honey bees that are floating in it. There was a crooner with his guitarist sang beautiful melodies and later on there was music and dance. Overall it was a pleasant stay but the service needs to be improved drastically.
