Never go for this guest house.it is not worth at all.had booked for 2 nights for 2 of my relatives on the very first day.after entering into room in next 30 minutes, TV was not working.no water in toilet flash and even flash was not working and care taker was blaming that four people are using so flash is not working. then we checked another room, there was also same problem, then he suggested for another room which I checked personally for everything but TV still was no working in that room also.so very frustrating experience.I would not recommend to book at all. ordered for tea and coffee on first day, after multiple times follow-up, it took 45 minutes to get that.

Great place to stay. The rooms are compact and pretty clean. Complimentary breakfast. The best part of the hotel is this stay is the food. They prepare food fresh and serve it in the rooms. They do not have an attached restaurant but it is never a limitation. Ideal place for business travellers who have work in Phase II, III and V. It is very close by. They have tied up with a private taxi provider and you can avail taxi facility within 10 minutes.

Good points: 1. Hot water on demand in the bathroom! I got the best hot showers in this hotel. Just make sure you actually turn on the hot water heather switch an hour before you want to shower. 2. Friendly front desk staff (not the most fluent English, but functional) that will go the extra mile to help out once they understand what you need (for example I don't think they have a regular laundry service, but when I presented them with a bag full of dirty clothes they took care of it for me and returned them all very nicely washed the next day). 3. Functional breakfast, if you like omlette with toast. That seems to be the only option. 4. I'm not sure everyone would agree, but I kind of like the neighborhood. It's clearly a middle class backwater residential area (maybe lower middle class? it's hard for me to tell). The people who live in this area clearly have nice clothes and cars, and many work at the nearby multi national company towers that pepper Gurgaon. Being in the middle of a residential neighborhood gives the visitor a look at "real life" living here in Gurgaon, instead of only seeing the face of fancy Western hotels and malls. I feel pretty safe in this neighborhood, even as a solo female traveler, because there are many other men and women walking on the streets day and night, going to the markets, work, or back to home. Bad points: 1. It is almost impossible to find this hotel. It is hidden in the "U block" a residential section of town with tiny dirt lanes. Even the residents of the area don't know "U 18" (the street the hotel is on) or the hotel by name, so when cabbies ask directions even from locals it's hard to get to the right place. It took an extra 45 minutes to get to the hotel the first time because we were so lost. Recommendation - if you are going to come from the airport for the first time, get the hotel to pick you up rather than hiring a prepaid cab who will have no idea how to get you there. If you are planning to book here, contact the hotel to get really good directions, print lots of maps, and be ready to patiently explain to everyone that you are going to "U block, U block street #18, near the pink townhouses". 2. Bring mosquito repellent, or ask the front desk for the plug in mosquito air scenter. Otherwise you may be eaten alive in the middle of the night. 3. The room is teeny tiny. 4. They only gave me one towel, and seem in general to be pretty limited on extra "plushness". I would not stay here if you're looking for any kind of luxury! Wireless internet works well, but they charge a lot for it. However if you want an inexpensive, kind of charming place with a real view of "normal" life in India, this place is fun.
