This is one of the best rated budget hotels in Gurugram. The best thing is that its Located in a safe residential area within 100m from Central Metro Station. This is a former guest house turned into a Hotel. The rooms are small but cozy with good service. The following could be done by the Owners to improve service. 1. Provide Footmats for Toilet to prevent wooden room floor getting wet 2. Fix Wifi thats too slow often 3. Clean up kitchen and basement Dining area 4. Ensure Staff availability for service from late nights to early mornings 4. Purchase few more Iron Boxes 5. The building including plumbing and furniture will soon require major maintenance. So plan well in advance 6. Lift needs servicing 7. Broken furniture in Rooftop sit-out need fixing 8. The location is difficult to find due to the numerous gates that don't figure in Google maps. You can guide all guests to the gate opp Unitech for easy accessibility. 9. The mattresses have the hardest surface I have ever seen in a Hotel. Change them. 10. Don't trust past glory can bring biz forever.

This a transit hotel. You check in for a meeting scheduled the next day. Attend the meeting and check out. That's it. I think expecting more would not be fair. However for the price they have it is OK.

When I write reviews, I am elaborate. I am staying for years in hotels, n change hotels on business trips. But I write only when I am delighted. This hotel is in a Gated community, Nice rooms and homely location. 2 mins walk to metro! What else u need for privacy yet connected to a larger metro! Sachin Rathour: manager from the hotel, amazingly serves with smile. He walked in to serve me when I was at late checkin n no time to call his room boys. Dilbar: Fab manager who frequently checks my comfort in the property. looking at the previous reviews, I guess they have done some corrective action here!! I came here thrice in Dec 2016 and I didnt feel any of these! Why am I writing this: I ordered dinner thinking that they may take a long time. To my surprise, they said they will take 20 mins. I was shoked, with all my previous experience, I am ordering before 1 hour for dinner but 20 mins is too early. Hence I need the food by 10.30 pm (in most places 10, 15 mins +/- is common). Just because their very polite behaviour and the way they mentioned time, I was watching on my time and the door was knocked at 10.29 and the delivery with smile at 10.30 pm. Unexpected delight. This made me write for half an hour without having dinner... lol.. The delivery guy's name is Shiv kumar... Thanks for this treatment. When I saw previous reviews: 90% hotels in ggn run from bungalows modified to hotel. The real tall hotels r more than expensive and waste of money! These guys here gives personal n homely feel!! Above all I love the respect all staff smiling and respecring in this hotel.

My travel desk booked me First Star 'hotel' but when i reached there, found this to be actually house converted to a guesthouse. Whatever expectations one may have in terms of quality of service must be sufficiently lowered to that of a guesthouse. The staff though well-meaning, were ill-equipped / trained to run a hospitality setup. The guesthouse is situated in somewhere in middle of residential area and is quite difficult to locate as there are no signs displayed. There are not much lights in the area in the night, so identifying is all the more difficult. Breakfast is complementary but it is made and provided only on request. When asked about drop to office, the manager gave an ambiguous answer, so not sure if it is provided to the guests. Free Wifi is available. The room is spacious and the basic amenities are just about there. While all the above is fine and somewhat tolerable for a short stay, what is unacceptable is that the daily room rent matches that of a business hotel room! Do not be duped by the 'hotel' in the name.

I was here on 19 th May outside tempreture was 46 degree & room A.C. was not working, hotel manager argued with me till 11 PM that A.C. will give you cooling in half an hour please wait & finally at 11 PM I shouted on guest house reception , make tamashaa then only manager accepted that there is a problem with A.C. please shift to another room. that time my wife & kids were already slept. I have to woke up from sleep & shift to another room. I don;t mind if A.C. is not working but when I am complaining since 7 PM manager didn't pay attention to my complaint & after shouting he allotted me another room at 11 night. Hotel location is very diffcult to find because it is in the heart of residential area. Actually it is a large bungalow converted to guest house. No professional staff is there to ensure customers comfort & relaxation. There is no parking place. In Room fan & tube light are fitted on one switch hence at the night you can not switch off light & keep fan going. I have removed tube light at 11 PM & keep fan on.
