What's Good: The promised internet was not available. Yes there was a connection to the wifi router, but the connection from the router to the provider was very poor or not available. To do my work I had to sit in the lobby and use a dongle offered by the hotel (free of charge).

Firstly the hotel was very difficult to find as no signage from the main road. My taxi driver from the airport stopped to ask at least half a dozen people and eventually someone knew where it was. We tried calling the hotel, but even though the number we were using was correct, it was connecting to someone who was nothing to do with the hotel. The taxi driver spoke to the gentleman on reception to make him aware, and they tried the number again, and the same thing happened. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and offered me a glass of water as I said Id had a horrendous journey from the airport. However when I asked if he could book me a taxi to go to the airport the next morning, he said that wasnt possible. I dropped my bags in my room, and went straight to the restaurant to eat. After nearly a month in India, this was my final night and I ordered penne arrabiata, as I fancied something non-Indian. What arrived 30mins later [I was the only person in the restaurant at this time] was pasta in a creamy, white sauce. I explained that arrabiata was tomato based and they took it away. No apology. 10mins later the same dish came back, but it just appeared to have tomato puree added to it so the creamy sauce was now pink. It was over cooked, and had olives, bits of broccoli and mushrooms in it, and covered in some sort of cheese that certainly wasnt Parmesan. I think they had cooked penne alfredo by mistake, and then just tried to turn it to arrabiata. It was edible, but thats all you could really say. No alcohol available in the restaurant, bar in reception nor in the mini bar. My bedroom was OK, apart from the damaged floor and damage/damp/mould [see photo] that was on the wall above the bed. Id booked a deluxe room with a king bed, it was far from deluxe and it was two singles. That being said, the bed was comfy and I checked the sheets and they were clean, otherwise I would have requested to change rooms. The bathroom was rather unpleasant, as clearly hadnt had a deep clean or any maintenance for a considerable length of time. Toilet roll holder and soap dish had obviously been hanging off the wall for quite some time as black gunge was visible around the soap dish and edges of the shower. There was no bath, which was such a disappointment after nearly a month of cold showers in Goa! Light switches, plug sockets and the telephones were dirty. Breakfast was included and was OK. Tailored more to Indian guests, and just a limited Western selection, but as I say, it was OK. I have been in the travel industry myself for nearly 3 decades, and travelled frequently to India, including Delhi, but have never had cause to write a negative review before. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and with it being Republic day when I checked out, I thought it best to avoid potential traffic congestion in the city centre. The only saving grace, was that my booking was just for 1 night.

I stayed here for a night on a business trip with a colleague. Initial experience was a bit disappointing as they allotted us a double bed instead of a twin bed as they said they do not have too many twin beds and those were already occupied. This gave an impression that this is a hotel meant for coupes and not for business travellers! They also denied to give us two separate keys even after explaining that we may have different schedules and may need separate keys! It is boutique hotel of 24 rooms. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. It has a wardrobe with locker, shoe shines, laundry bags and a iron and iron board provided. Bathroom slippers were provided on request. Luggage rack, Intercom, Mini Bar adequately filled, a chest having many drawers and a large counter with coffee maker, study table and chair, a full size sofa with coffee table and queen size bed with side tables and table lamps are provided to complete the room. Interior of the room is clean and decor is nice with the touch of veneers and some bright coloured photographs. The toilet was clean and modern and was provided with sufficient toiletries such as soaps, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, shower caps etc. Though essential kits like shaving kit, tooth brush etc., were not provided and I didn't need one but I guess they would be provided on request. They have a small multi cuisine restaurant on the ground floor where they lay the breakfast. The breakfast spread is adequate with choices of continental, north indian and south indian dishes, fruits, salads etc., The food quality for meals are not of the highest standard and choices on Menu are also limited. Staff is efficient but mechanical. Somehow, the courteousness and warmth which adds value for a traveller was missing. Location is in proper Gurgaon but the entrance is through an approach road to a sector market and hence is not visible from the main road and is not easy to locate on GPS unless you call the hotel and take directions. They also have a small bar counter with a small lounge on the ground floor reception lobby. Overall experience was ok and may be explored if you get good offers online.

Well i had visited this hotel on a business purpose so let me summarise my experience of the stay: 1) Check-in was smooth and fast. But found out there was no bell boy to take the luggage to your room (but well that is pretty much fine if you are travelling with limited luggage). 2) Checked in to my room which had a pleasing ambience and interiors equipped with a study table, a coat hanging stand, Sofa with a coffee table, well maintained and well equipped bathroom (most important feature) and a Comfortable bed. 3) Wi-Fi's a bit dicey since you have to request for a username and password every 4 hours, but the request is looked in to immediately once you place it. 4) My stay included buffet breakfast which was quite satisfying (well taste may differ from person to person, for me it was Good). 5) I found the Hotel to be under staffed but whatever staff the hotel had was quite courteous and helpful and would look in to your request whether it was related to maintenance or room service immediately. Overall a good and comfortable hotel to stay in.
