Reason For Rating : There should b a guard in night too, no one on the entrance and on the reseption too, anybody can enter in hotel easily

Reason For Rating : I remember i booked with complimentary breakfast.but in morning they charged 600+GST for buffet breakfast by saying breakfast was not included. So now how that happened i am still wondering .

What's Good: The promised internet was not available. Yes there was a connection to the wifi router, but the connection from the router to the provider was very poor or not available. To do my work I had to sit in the lobby and use a dongle offered by the hotel (free of charge).

I had a lovely stay at the premisses, it well located with a nice and well managed staff very cooperative and supportive. Would like tho thanks these few people who where all the time Available for our help and support of this period of time special miss.Meenu thnx. She is good adviser. Keep it up guys and thnx for lovely service.

Stay is good. Most important the location which I like. There is no such traffic at all. Easy to connect anywhere. Staff is polite. This is one of the hotel where I visited in lockdown phase as well due to some official work and the staff of the hotel kept everything upto the safety measures.

Second stay at this hotel and somewhat disappointed. Although the hotel was comfortable and reasonably priced, although the hotel.needs some work as it looks a little run down. Service also somewhat average and breakfast very basic. Also, as a hotel, their payment system would not accept international credit cards. Staff also very average and require some training. Rooms need a little revamp and some modernising. Since the last stay in 12.months ago, not.much has changed.

Worst experience ever.. Highly non recomendable hotel specially for married couples or families.. Its shame in the name of golden tulip franchise.. Faced a lot of disturbance due to their construction work and secondly the staff behaviour was so rude as if they have paid for your stay.. Very unethical behaviour and ill mannered.. There was no security too, heard a lot of noises from the other rooms on the floor, The lobby waa full of smoke smell whole day.. Never go at this property..

It was the worst hotel I ever had been. I frequently travel all across India, but this time the experience was very bad. Per day cost was around Rs. 3800 per day including breakfast. Few things I experienced: 1) Some construction was going on which was not informed even after asking while booking the room. You cannot trust the staff. 2) Room and all things in the room like towel, bedsheet, etc. Was smelling very bad. 3) Room was not at all cleaned properly. You can check photos. There were stains on the floor, furniture and walls. Even dusting was not done. 4) Commode in washroom was leaking. 5) Shower was broken 6) No much option for breakfast in veg. 7) Plates kept for breakfast was not clean. Please check photo of plate. 8) Basic things like Comb, Dental and shaving kit was not provided. When asked, they said, it will be provided only on demand and if required. 9) Finally, Worst attitude of all staff. When the dirty plate for breakfast shown to staff, he said, "So what, take another plate"(To kya hota he, dusra plate lelo) While checking out, when I complained at the reception desk the answer I got is,"Why you stayed here, if you was not happy" (Room pasand nahi aaya to ruke he kyu?) The price of hotel was equivalent to 3 Start hotel, but the hotel was not even 0 Star worth it. In the reviews it is not possible to give zero rating otherwise I would have given not even Zero rating but in negative. MY RATING Negative 5.....
