    What's Good: Services and automated functions, no doubt the staff was super courteos and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great!

    I came in here yesterday late evening , I was allotted room number 903, with a very plastic kind of welcome,and as in I came to the room with a basic expectation of a clean room/clean bath room.. i had a good view from the window...but It was washed further. The room for was all dirty on the floor and the shower area had hair all over, some how I went to take the shower and in the midst I realised there is no soap liquid in the box..I came for breakfast in the morning and it was pretty decent.I met Mr.Puspanka, operations manager, who wanted to take a feedback, as I narrated he promised a correction, as i called an Uber taxi, to exit was a very big issue as the hotel is in a mall and the parking guy was very arrogant who wanted to give his free or the hotel to give a slip... After good 10 minutes had to return to the hotel and collect the slip and move on.. If the hotel would have informed, it would have been more continent.. Icame back in the evening, the room was neat and I was happy but I was tied and wanted to sleep , as I got the bed, there was a knock on my door, as I I went there was no one, again in 20 minutes there was a hard knock and I opened the door, it was a hotel employee saying Mr.Prem?? That's not me.. The information about allotment is also not clear..I was frustrated.. But I slept. Now in the morning again.. The shower had no hot water in Winters a chilled water shower is a pain, but had no other option.I called the reception and technician started working...I had to go for breakfast, i met this manager again and again narrated my discomfort, he mentions that there is some issues with heaters yesterday but will sort out for you. He was the best part in the hotel with very humble approach .. I'm here till tomorrow so do not want to change as it is closer to my work and move out asap.I feel it is not the size or facility in a hotel which one anticipates but it's the management here which lacks here. I would not recommend this to anyone.

    With the ease of access to all important places in Gurugram this hotel offers the cheapest rate that a branded international hospitality chain can offer. With breakfast included and free wifi its a steal for the city like Gurugram. As the hotel is a part of a open style mall centre, its a added bonus to the stay as one can eat at a variety of places, shop and buy groceries all at a stones throw. Pushpanka and Tarun thank you for making the stay a memorable one and providing a listening ear. Keep it up !!!

    I like the property which is next to the Good earth centre mall in sector 50 gurgaon. Its far from the cyber hub and in outskirts of gurgaon. It takes 6 km to reach MG Road which quite some time. Its small budget hotel from big brand accor. I recommend the hotel for overnight short stays. Overall a good experience

    The good thing about this hotel is its location as it was very accessible to my office. Check in was smooth. Rooms are very compact but clean though. Wi-Fi is not that great. The connectivity kept fluctuating. Breakfast and dinner buffet was average. The staff at the restaurant behaved as if they were doing a favour on the guests. I asked them for a glass of juice which was a part of the buffet, and they bluntly stated that the juice was 'over'. This was one of the lame reply ever received from any kinda hotel. They did not even provide alternate option for the same. Post buffet hours when I was exiting the buffet area, I noticed a staff with a glass of juice being served to other guest. When I approached, they said that it was the last glass of juice they had. This was one of the WORST experience I ever had in any hotel. The staff act like they own the hotel and are doing favours to their guests. Hope they take up some good classes to deliver at Least one percent of good customer service. Never ever going to visit this hotel.

    When it was clearly mentioned after pre payment that payment at the hotel is zero - what exactly am I supposed to gather from it. Unlike Booking.com that keeps the credit and deducts money on no show - and if you go you have to pay - so it is clearly mentioned in the receipt that amount due is whatever. But it was mentioned multiple times that it was pre paid and amount due is Zero - why was I asked for any payment. If the amount has not been deducted before it should be clearly mentioned that on site this is the amount I have to pay. I was asked to show my credit card statement - Sorry to say but your competitive staff doesn't know that credit card statement generates and gets updated after 2-3 days. I had booked the hotel on my previous experience in Pune. But unfortunately it was harassment. Of course they made me pay again for the room - and I still don't know if I was charged twice. And what lovely words were said at the reception - trust us - Hey I don't trust anyone when it comes to my hard earned money. Either make your gateway and invoice clear enough or do not expect customers like me to step in.
