What's Good: The price i paid for the hotel to u was approx. 700rs more than any other website. Check for urself and pls dont take away hard earned money of people like this. Try and be competitive.

What's Good: We had very bad experience with regards to service as mentioned below : 1.Room Service was very poor 2.Only 2 small 0.5l water bottles where kept although two people were staying 3.There where no foot mattress in washrooms

I booked a stay at Ramada, Gurgaon Central for 14th-15th August for 2 guests, through MakeMytrip, the booking Id of which is NH2003358862701. The stay was not as expected and not up to the mark. I found certain amenities missing and had to be requested for, instead of them being pre-arranged in the room. It seemed that the room was not arranged for 2 people but only for single occupancy ! Additionally, my wifi was not connecting. I had a word with the person at the front desk and he informed me he would be sending over wifi vocuhers for me to use. Those vouchers never came. I then went personally to the front desk to ask what the issue was with the wifi, he said he would send someone over but that person also never came. Moreover, there was a problem with the WLAN in the room that I had as well. I find it hard to believe that there are technical issues with the internet in such a great chain of hotels such as Ramada, and that even the most basic facility such as Wifi/LAN cannot be provided, in spite of repetitively requesting the front desk for assistance. I believe these sort of services should not have to be asked for and should be easily available and accessible to all, no matter what floor or which corner of the hotel the guest is in. I left a feedback email to Ramada, about my stay and after exchanging a couple of emails with the Front Officer Manager, it seemed that he is negotiating with me. This sort of feedback mechanism is highly inappropriate ! The staff should understand that there should neither be exceptions not compromise on service quality or amenities, by simply saying we will take care of this next time does not make matters easy. I requested for a re-Booking of the room/breakfast that I had booked earlier and not got suitable service for. However I was only offered an a dinner buffet for 2 (compliments Ramada), however I denied this offer. I await the Ramada staff to look into this matter and get in touch with me regarding this, as I used to think very highly of the Ramada group but after this stay experience and feedback mechanism, I have started thinking otherwise !

Ramada by Wyndham great place to stay. Rooms are good and very comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, good food, lots of variety. I will definitely stay again. The staff is very friendly and really great hospitality.

Beautiful room with exceptional guest service. Would recommend this to anyone. Considerably close to the airport. Checkin was done very easily. We checked out at 2 am and even then breakfast was packed for us. Very satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Good food and lovely and courteous staff. Special mention must be made of the cafetaria staff. Located close to Huda City Centre, the place is clean, tidy. Roof top swimming pool though makes it difficult to clean and maintain as bird droppings and feathers can be seen in the pool.

I arranged an in-house conference for 40 persons at Ramada Gurgaon. The front office staffs were very efficient. Our group check in was for 22 rooms and different timings, still it was handled very professionally. No discomfort for any of our team members !!. I appreciate Ms Urmila for managing the entire process very smoothly. The conference room personals were very supportive and made all required arrangements with out any time delay. No single reminder needed for any requirements. Everything was perfect !! I still suggest an improvement in the variety and quality of buffet lunch and dinner Needless to mention that the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
