What's Good: The price i paid for the hotel to u was approx. 700rs more than any other website. Check for urself and pls dont take away hard earned money of people like this. Try and be competitive.

What's Good: We had very bad experience with regards to service as mentioned below : 1.Room Service was very poor 2.Only 2 small 0.5l water bottles where kept although two people were staying 3.There where no foot mattress in washrooms

Excellent staff, excellent services, great value for money. I stay at this hotel regularly because of the great 'Customer Service Culture' that exists among all staff members. In addition, the facilities and food is good too.

I got call from Ramada for presentation of their membership for 10 Years with club benefits. I was convinced with false information provided by Rajiv (sales person) and he insisted me to pay the initial amount. He ensured that money can be refunded within 48 hours if i change my mind. I paid money and next day when i researched on their website, I found out that sales person has cheated me and provided incorrect information. even their contract which I was about to sign was not matching with information Rajiv provided me. I asked my money back hoping to get in within 48 hours and guess what, I am still running pillar to post calling them (MRD ) every week , it is been around two months now. This is unprofessional behavior by a big hotel chain. Dinesh Gabra

Ramada is a brand you can trust when it comes to Hotels. This particular property has revamped the rooms recently. This means that the rooms are complete with a more modern appearance and amenities. The staff is there for your service almost instantaneously whenever you need something. The in-room dining is fabulous with a plethora of options from a variety of cuisines. There are 2 restaurants and one bar & lounge inside the hotel. They have a nice Yoga & Breakfast experience free for the guests who are early-risers and also for those who want to start their Sunday on a healthy spiritual note. Sunday Brunch at Cafe Rouge was amazing with a good number of live counters and a fully loaded buffet.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. To begin with finding the hotel was a challenge as the Google map is not updated with the correct location. My stay was good, mostly I went to the room only to sleep at night. But still it was good. But I was billed for something I didn't use in the room. I had not even used the complimentary water bottle. This came as a surprise when I was checking out. Though I know I have not used any thing I had no option than to pay as I could not prove it. How do I even prove it. Please check what all is there in the room as soon as u checkin.

Been there for a friend stay. This is quite a good hotel with well maintained rooms, cleanliness, and look-n-feel of the property is convincing. Service was bit delayed thats why 4 star other wise all is well with Ramada.
