What's Good: The price i paid for the hotel to u was approx. 700rs more than any other website. Check for urself and pls dont take away hard earned money of people like this. Try and be competitive.

What's Good: We had very bad experience with regards to service as mentioned below : 1.Room Service was very poor 2.Only 2 small 0.5l water bottles where kept although two people were staying 3.There where no foot mattress in washrooms

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, colorful and beautiful interior decor. The bathroom is spacious. Overall it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Gurgaon.

the staff was courteous, the rooms well maintained, the breakfast and in room service deliciousthere was a little bit of noises from the outside, i think you can work on the noise cancelling a little more.

Room Quality was sub-standard with stained windows, broken wooden floorings, leaking bathrooms & clogged wash basins!! Further, the hotel staff is also sub-par on communication & courtesy. Walk into the cafeteria & you would be asked at least 3-4 times your room number by different persons despite having stated that while entering the cafetaria. If it's raining outside, hotel is too miser to lend umbrellas to their customers even for a short while.Hotel manager S. Bajpai seems to be quiet disinterested in customer feedback !!!Surprisingly, I stayed there for over a week & no body approached me with any offers. The moment I checked-out & left the city, I receive a call from their membership team wanting me to attend in person with family a seminar in their Gurgaon hotel to avail a free 3N/4D stay in one of their various properties across India. I was amused at that & gave this feedback to the hotel manager who instead of attending to my feedback told me that he is out of hotel & I need to call the other number at the hotel reception/membership team.

Having stayed at the hotel previously, I thought I was prepared for the expected quality of stay.In a few words, this hotel went out of their way to deliver the worst experience I have been subjected to, even though I politely drew the attention of management to the issues including the General Manager and Operations Manager.Also, rest assured that any feedback via any response to TripAdvisor is completely disingenuous. Having stayed in December, no action was taken and no action taken against other issues over our 2 week stay in August.Heres a list of issues only from our most recent stay On checking in we requested a good room for our two week stay. At the end of the 1st week we were advised that renovations were occurring on the 6th floor and requested to change to rooms and that we would be given a good room. We were advised in the evening and with short notice, we needed to change our plans to move in the morning. As for the good room, we were given a smoking room (had a smell omitted) on the seventh floor with the following downgrades smaller TV screen, a bath that had its run off from the rim going onto the bathroom floor before going onto the entry and into the exterior passage. BTW no shower curtain. The wooden door on the bathroom was not operational because it had swollen from water ingress. The air-conditioned was fixed on one temperature and could not be adjusted. And to top this off, the widows though double glased allowed water from the heavy rains hitting it outside to flood the isill Safe did not work on first day and was replaced. Later problem occurred again and we request this to be fixed as we were going out for the evening. The Duty Manager said that they would send someone to fix. After an hour we gave up and cancelled our evening out. Was this a set up for our valuables to be stolen? Renovation on the 6th floor generate vapours from either adhesives or all based paints. This permeate the 7th floor air. Noise from the 6th floor renovation was conducted through the air-conditional shafts and in our room seemed like it was on the other outside wall Swimming pool we had intended to have a swim. There was no evidence that the pool chemistry was being managed Internet in the first hours of arriving, we advised management the speeds was too low. They speed test and agreed and said they would fix. Though a minor improvement could be measured, the download speed was such that updating apps took hours.... Fitness Centre one treadmill (there are 2) could not be inclined and thus not fully operational Cost of local call was advised as 300 rupeesThreat to life this hotel has an atrium from the ground floor to the 7th floor. The swimming pool is on top of the 7th floor. Under to pool / ceiling of the atrium, there is visible separation of the ceiling from the substructure. Is this plaster of cement? Either way it will fall to earth. Underneath is the seating area for the inhouse restaurant. This hotel should be closed down for repairs to prevent a calamity. In December I related this issue and again on our recent stay. No action, though acknowledgement of issue.Sorry to have to have to write such a damning review, but potential guests need to be warned.

Ramada makes you feel the Hospitality with their Most Courteous Team and the best facilities. Each and every employee has been well trained to make the guest comfortable in all possible ways. Room was very good, spacious, well equipped, neat and clean. Room service and House Keeping sections were doing good job. Restaurant was amazing all the time. True Hospitality and the best food can be experienced there and each and every team there deserve appreciation. My only concern during my stay was the stink of Polishing Spirit as some repair / maintenance works were going on in the upper floors. It was so quick that the Duty Manager came with an apology and shifted my room to a better place in few minutes. Being a well experienced Civil Engineer, I wanted to give some tips (Though I put a word for the General Manager to speak to me) on this issue, no one turned out. I have no hitch to give a top grade to Ramada and their ground team !
