Before I choose somewhere to stay, I do a lot of research. The fact that I didn't find much about this place should have been a red flag however because of its cheaper price and willingness to accommodate a very large group of us, we decided to choose it. Stayed here in December 2013 and it was not what I expected. The research I had found on this place showed it to be a small, B&B type accommodation that was clean and homely. Homely yes, however it was far from clean and the service was not up to the standards you would expect from a hotel/guest house. The only positive was that it did feel like a large home which was able to accommodate the group of 18 of us. The rest is downhill. The rooms were not as clean as they looked on the website, the bed was hard, the bedsheets stained. The bathroom was not any better. No amenities provided whatsoever, the bathroom was not clean, the water pressure was terrible and we didn't know whether we would get hot or cold water. The worst part of it was probably the issue our friends had in their room when a mouse ran across their bed while they were in there! In hindsight, I wish I paid an extra $50AUD and stayed at a hotel chain.
mediocre at best stay in a very average hotel

I stayed for 3 nights in mid February 2016. In summary it was an OK hotel, but fell short on service and cleanliness. Pros: Excellent size rooms Well connected with the metro line at Hurda central ( it this is a good hour from the centre of dehli) Reasonable decor Bed clothes and towels were clean. Friendly and welcoming manager Cons: Bathroom was not clean (smelled like a UK pub toilet the morning after, but not anywhere near as bad as some of the public toilets in India) Room was not serviced during the entire visit. The room had a safe, but there were no instructions on how to operate it and it didn't function the same way safes normally do in other hotels (close door, press clear, then in code, lock, type in code, open) Hot water needs to be run for 10 mins before it heats up on first use Nothing in mini bar / fridge Called for assistance and had to write down my query as staff did not speak any English (regarding hot water) No street lighting out side the hotel in the evenings. Surrounding area very grotty (lots of plots yet to be built on, with rubbish and roaming wild pigs, dogs around [I'm OK with this, but it relates to the price being charged]). I got lots of mosquito bites and kept being woken up by them buzzing in my ear. The room suffered from a fair bit of traffic noise - take ear plugs. I specifically asked for an Auto Rickshaw to be available to take me to a hotel 2km away yo leave at 0545, this was agreed. I went Down at this time (after not showering due to freezing water) and there was no one there, fortunately the front door was unlocked but the front gate door was not (3m tall) which I had to climb over to get out. Compared with a similarly priced hotel I used in Ahmadabad a few days earlier this fell well short of the mark. I wouldnt be in a hurry to go back and pay that sort of money for that sort of service. I would be happier if it was cheaper and more inline with the service they were delivering. The hotel could be OK for a base near Dehli if it was cleaner. I think the hotel needs to spend some time and effort training the staff to a higher level and then it would be a great place to stay.

Just opposite to the Huda city Metro station in Gurgaon..The rooms out here are spacious , clean and well kept. The staff is very polite and friendly , The food is average but you don't have to worry as its in the centre of the DLF city so N number of food joints deliever here , Mr Anil ( The Manager) is quite a friendly guy and will always be found with a BIG SMILE :) Look for the rooms on the second and third floor , The hotel ain't that grand so don't expect a big reception or a lot of rooms , If by any chance you can't sleep late in the night and feel like giving your taste buds a treat , take a walk to the famous parantha wala's open all night which is just 200- 250 meter's away from the hotel (PPL with sensitive stomach's , ON YOUR OWN RISK) Keep travelling..!!
Spacious rooms, easy access to the metro!

Property just opposite the road to Huda City centre Metro Station. Spacious and clean rooms, mini library in room, food is good as they are freshly prepared (but expensive) and no other option of food in the nearby area other than expensive restaurants or road side vendors. The staff is very helpful and maintain good hospitality. Can be chosen by business (solo) & families as well for short/long stay. The breakfast (complimentary) is restricted to the choice and no buffet option. The property has antiques and poster all over the area/walls. To say, the room we stayed had nearly 4 antique globes! Overall a value for money accommodation in the locality.
A home away from home(4 start property at affordable rates)

If you are looking for a place to stay, that makes you feel comfortable and cozy just like your home, then Luxury suites is the palace. Its worth every penny spent, a 4 star property at affordable rates. It was by chance that I found this hotel while i was scouting online for a hotel to plan a trip to Delhi. Since my first stay, I went back thrice and stayed with them every-time. I cannot stop praising this place,I recommend it to all my friends. The hospitality is unquestionable, the staff is very professional and yet very humble and very pleasant to interact with. I think in the odd few visits I have become friends with most of them. I need to mention the managers Rajat,Sai,and Anil, they are the most helpful, and professional people I have met, you call them up and they can arrange everything possible. Rooms are the bath are very specious and clean the ambiance is very good. Food tastes homely. You get a mini bar. And if you require anything else, the staff will arrange it for you.The hotel is very well connected to airport, metro station(Huda) across the road, bus stop, auto stand, market...ect all at walk-able distance. ..I can go on and on. If you are reading this review, then I would advise to take a chance. I assure you that the only thing you will regret is not being able to stay longer at Luxury Suites and Hotels.
