  • Bad food, bad service.

    The quality of food is unimaginable for a hotel like this. The price is also too much for the price and the staff isn't able to comply with half of our requests. However the rooms are decent but there are also bad ones around. Location is also good as well.

  • A nicely built hotel run by the worst hotel management

    Rooms are really decent with all the basic amenities and competent room service. However there are some caveats to the overall experience. Food is horrible and is grossly overpriced and absolutely not worth the asking price. Many times you have to fight the management for even a decent meal. Also the WiFi, although free is very inconsistent and slow. Even the staff are incompetent in general. The complacency of the hotel management is the main reason I advise you to save your money and go somewhere else. These people don't deserve your hard earned money.

    On 6th Feb 2020 we had organize wedding reception party held at The Lilly hotel.It was pleasure of working along with the Banquet Manager Mr Utpal Chakarborty who took care of so much details. He also went above and beyond his duty to accommodate our request.The amazing mature staff led by Mr Utppal Charkarborty was friendly.He is an asset to the organization.The hospitality and service provided by each staff of the hotel was excellent.I once again want to say huge thank to Mr Uttpal chakraborty and team for helping our wedding party to be so enjoyable and successful. We will definitely visit again and surely recommend The Hotel Lilly to our friends for their special occasion. With regards PRITAM NEOPANE

    Lizard in the bathroom which was not caught by housekeeping. Still at large in the room most probably. Went to the salon to wash my hair. The staff member kept the tap on for 30 min. Water just went into the gutter. When I told her its a waste of such a precious resource she did not care. Front office in charge gave us incorrect information. Had we followed his advise our stay would have been compromised.

    Checked in on 25th November 2019. My wife and I were staying in room number 703. Now let me tell you why this is the worst hotel and a shame to the beand name Lily: 1. Due to a very late check in after a long drive, we both wanted to make a cup of coffee. There was just 1 sachet I'm the room, no big deal, called the room service to asked for another 2 sachets. After almost half an hour, room service arrives on the door with 2 cups of coffee which we didn't order and a bill which we never should've paid, but still ok too tied to do otherwise, accepted the order. 2. Breakfast: opted to take a donut, fuits and sausages with a side of 'strong' 'coffee'. Donut was so dry that it scratched the throat and we had to gulp it down with water, 'strong' coffee was milk and the worst part, which is not at all expected from ANY restaurant, there was a ROCK! in the sausage! A ROCK! when brought to the notice of the staff he took the rock, walked off and no response, hence we had to just leave our breakfast. 3. Checkout: it took more than 30 mins to checkout and the cashier was deliberately delaying the process even after continually telling him that we were in very much urgency. There were a few Rose petals stains on the bed sheet which was confirmed by the bell boy, room service and the manager that it is nothing to be worried about and will be cleaned in 1 wash. All in all, it was the worst experience ever and these people are damaging the brand name of Lily. The management should really look at these as the worst experiences are the most spread word of mouth and mine is no way going to be any good. My rating would be 0.5/10 Would never ever visit again
