What's Good: spacious rooms with private sit outs, gardens and green open spaces, facilities
What needs to improve : location is a bit away from the main city
Reason For Rating : Neemrana Deo Bagh is a wonderful heritage property.. with family shrines on the property which adds to it's rustic charm. the rooms are very well equipped.. with their private sit out areas. Food is also nice. Vast lawns and gardens on the property to enjoy the green open spaces. one should definitely read through the deo bagh history.. they have a book available at the reception upon request, which makes for an interesting read and gives an insight into Gwalior' rich heritage.

Room and Wifi 4/5 Premises 5/5 Breakfast 3/5 Service 3/5 Location and Accessibility 2/5 Room was nicely decorated as a heritage property should be. Excellent view from the room with verandah for every room. Bathroom was clean and maintained. The premises gets all the scores from my end. The property is beautiful, great to explore. We stayed only one day, and exploring the place was highlight of the morning. Breakfast is average. Just don't expect five star experience. They have the basic menu with cereals, sausages, paratha, bread and eggs, and idli-sambar along with fruits and tea. Service was good at the restaurant. They don't have a fully.functional restaurant, so dinner and lunch are.preorder. Our experience in terms of service was mixed. The staff at the reception checking in and out are cordial and we had a good experience. However, there are some staff wearing kurtas who help around. They were also well trained but one of the person who came to show us the room lingered in the room for too long to the point of giving unecessary details about the room. He missed out an important detail like the TV room at the end of the corridor which we found out after checking out. Coming to an important point- the accessibility. It's located at one end of the city which isn't very connected with the newer parts. However, the seclusion can be enjoyed if inside the campus. The place is decently visible from the access road as the name is painted. Maybe some lights would help to locate after sundown. The entry path is unpaved with a shabby post with a guard holding a list of guests. The path is dusty and cannot be located by a ola cab driver easily without instructions. Some improvement in the road is required. Atleast a buggy/e-rickshaw kind of service should be given by the hotel for commuting to and from main entrance, especially for checking in and out. Overall a great experience, the aesthetics of the place play a major role in my rating.

On our way from Agra to Orchha, my boyfriend and I spent one day and one night in this wonderful place: it felt just like magic, the atmosphere was unique. We appreciated the room a lot:it was very comfortable and beautifully arranged. The restaurant was also remarkable. We would also like to thank Manoj, a very kind and helpful staff member!

Amazing buildings in extensive gardens. Our room had a four poster bed and stunning bathroom. Staff very friendly and attentive. Food delicious and well presented. Dinner in garden lit for Diwali with fairy lights. Rose petals on the table. No alcohol served, but can bring own to have pre dinner drinks in room
