What's Good: Activities were good, but the facilities were poor. Lots of rats in one of the hut that we stayed called, Kanchi. No mirrors in the huts. Food was not that great, enough to fill the tummy and not our taste buds. Cleanliness on the downside. Infrastructure can be improvised. Guess needs lot of funds. Overall, it was okay.

Jain farms is a huge property, my guess is within there must be at least 50 Kms of winding roads. Nice property, lots of greenery, mornings and evenings are pleasant. The cottages where we stayed were very basic compared to charges. For two adults and a kid, you would need an additional mattress as beds are too small. Not many people to handle the resort within this property. It becomes an issue when huge crowds turn up for day visits at weekends. Food is strictly vegetarian and basic, but tasty and wholesome. The resort is NOT well maintained. They have pets, emus, ducks, bullock cart ride etc which keeps the kids occupied. Dont expect people to turn up immediately for service when you need, as there's hardly 3-4 people whom I saw trying to service the whole place. The pool was dirty and most of the other water bodies were also not well maintained. Overall my impression - over priced for the amenities, not well maintained, otherwise great for a morning jog due to the huge expanse of the farm or a evening walk. Going in a group may make it more interesting.

The resort is located in TN & KA border. Even though it has better facilities the administration is very poor. Just like government parks it is lagging in a maintenance. Lot of fun filled activities were there. 1. Shooting Arena: 2. Village games 3. Bullock cart rides 4. Free head massage 5. Mehandi / Tattoo 6. Pottery 7. Astrology Beyond these, Magic Show Houssie Fire dance Guess the prize like events were also there. Overall good experience we had.

Have been here twice owing to the nativity that exists and more so for the delicious food that is offered here. Though vegetarian, but very tasty good with variety is provided. Activities are also good and available at affordable price for a day out. Haven't stayed there. But this perfect for a day out or family function. I recommend. Indoor games need to be maintained well.

We were 8 people and 3 kids below 5 years. It was great day outing. food was good (pure veg) specially breakfast and snacks, lunch was also decent but could have been better taste for sabji's, but it was still good. Lots of activities like swimming, rain dance, lots of play area for kids to play, shades for us to sit and relax, also magic show, fire show and many more adds to the day outing, its worth the price we pay.
