The Hospitality is just amazing well Mr.Ramesh over there has just been much of a help & left no place to point out... The Best part according to me was the coffee they served just a best way to kick start ur day

Booked a room after doing basic search in TA and stayed at the hotel for 1N, while driving back to Pune from Chennai. Pros: Good location, spacious rooms, nice ambience, Neat and clean, Comfortable beds, Good food, comparatively new hotel and above all Friendly staff Cons: Nothing much except that the Bath Towels seemed to have lived their better life and need replacement. Overall satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for a good 3/4 star hotel in Hubli.
Poor Hygiene and Pathetic Cost cutting measures

Poor hygiene, pathetic cost management measures taken in hospitality. Staying here presently on the basis of my past pleasant stay almost a year back. The hotel seems to be taking all cost cutting measures to balance their low occupancy. Some of the measures include no rooms being allocated to higher floors due to plans to shut down higher floor occupancy on basis of low occupancy. Air conditioning in the room allocated (supposedly an upgrade) was almost as non existent and more like a slow hot blower. After a few follow ups got the same shifted to another opposite room where someone elses luggage was parked. The hand towel in supposedly readied rooms was with blood / red stains (image attached). Not sure if they do a thorough check on the room linen before handing over the room to the guests. All day dining restaurant Tangelo was closed but they dont let the guests know when you call then for asking the same and AC in other Ching Singh restaurant is not switched on due to corona virus directions by Government, but hygiene can be neglected and ignored. On letting the front desk staff Mr. (Sujoy/ Sachin)Patil know, his expression and reaction seem to like the over smart chap who seems to run the hotel very efficiently. Waiting to see if they have a full buffet breakfast spread or they cut the same on pretext of low occupancy/ cost cutting. Really surprised and shocked with the experience this time.. a total no for my next visit and wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless theyre interested in experiencing cost cutting hospitality. Good food .. Good look of the hotel ..neat Clean with all the required amenities .. Above all very good courteous help full staff .. Esply have to mention Ms.Zothan with her ever smiling face and services at the restaurant..

I visited here with my friends. Hospitality provided by kyriad was extraordinary. The quality and taste of the food was phenomenal,i also recommended you to eat the food made by sonu. The way he made the dishes was phenomenal.
May be advance booking will save more money. Breakfast don't miss
