    What's Good: Excellent location and tastefully designed interiors. Housekeeping department is doing a good work. A beautiful blend of privacy and accessibility

    What needs to improve : The reception doesn’t seem to be a welcome place. Staff could be better-trained in hospitality. Of course the girl in front of the counter wore a charming smile though, the staff on the other side were less friendly and formal. At the time of check out the staff on duty was not helpful in clearing my doubt regarding the billing. I didn’t get a bill or any document as proof of my stay there. The guy was not bad but there wasn’t anything good about him as well. Result: my tour claim still lies unsettled on the clerk’s desk. NICE STAY, but an UNEASY CHECKOUT.

    What's Good: The room, the location, the architectural design, staffs and their behavior, service

    What needs to improve : I faced a bit of issues in terms of availability of wi-fi in my room due to its stonewall design. The admin should do something the strengthen the network signal inside the room. Also, in one occasion, I had to follow up 4 times to get the tv remotes fixed.

    What's Good: Decent location - equi distant from my relevant destinations.

    What needs to improve : Terrible service - one of the worst experiences that I have ever had in my last 10 years of travelling around the country - overpriced, shoddy service, shady billing, aweful food. I can go on and on with this but I guess you get the point.

    Reason For Rating : Yatra services are good - but the hotel was abysmal. They do not know the concept of a double bed, shady pricing, stating something on menu and serving something completely different. It just ruins the "Yatra" experience as well. Make sure that the hotel has good service and is an ethical one - I should receive the goods/services that I am paying for - it seems to be a radical concept for the hotel.
