    Reason For Rating : Management staff is arrogant, rude, also rooms are not clean, ac is not working properly, overall very poor service, i recommended don't go for this hotel.

    Reason For Rating : Management is not maintaining the hotel regularly. Screen cloth on Windows are dirty. Pillows are dirty. Window glass was broken. One day hot water was not there. Furnitures and fixtures are not clean. Bathroom fixtures are full and some taps leaking. It was horrible experience. Not worth the money.

    What's Good: Hotel was pathetic. We booked executive room @ 3200 per night. But room infrastructure was similar to like any dharmasala. Bath room was worst. No room service at all. Even we got drinking water in room after 15 calls to reception. Our booking was with breakfast. But breakfast experience was similar to some lariwala. Eveeything was cold served. We always need to find someone to inform him that food is empty in bowls. In short not recommended even if they provide room for free.

    What's Good: Hotel Mandakani Jaya International is centrally located in ABDIS, Hyderabad and has a grand look. However, the rooms are not modern and lack quality materials. Curtains in toilets were dirty, bed sheets, quilts and towels were of poor quality. Breakfast was included in hotel fare, but no fruits and milk was provided. Staff was courteous and prompt to respond. Overall just above average experience.

    What's Good: The Hotel is good budget hotel, and you would get the service as per a budget hotel the breakfast also a standard breakfast. But they need to improve their room service , at least provide soap in the bathroom, and drinking water in room,

    What's Good: The staff struggled for 45 minutes to get Wi Fi working, then changed my room. One day no hot water in tap. The next day, no cold water in the taps or the flush - someone had shut off the valve in an open closet just outside the room. Slow elevator. Saw a couple of bed bugs. Bed sheets badly stained. Staff tries to be helpful, but there are too many issues to overcome.

  • If possible not to book online( especially if it is your first time in that city) .. better spend half hour after reaching their , look for hotels yourself, decide on rooms from options available their & then confirm.
