What's Good: Rooms, Services, Wifi, Staff
What needs to improve : Hotel Has Not Given the Final Bill.

We stayed at this hotel. Staff is good however people smoke in the rooms, which creates problems for non smokers. First day itself we had to call reception to change the room since people smoking on second floor. There is a big notice that Smoking is Offense here. But people still smoke. I reported to hotel and were told that guests dont obey the rules and instead he suggested us to shift to another hotel since ppl will not understand this. Very bad management. The management has to be strict in case smoking in the hotel premise.

Good hotel, staff and reception. Room fragrance to be improved. I don't know why the restaurant was close. The restaurant was good. Room service also good . The restaurant to be restarted again it will be good.

Made me pay for 1 full night price, though i checked out at 4 pm. Hotel receptionist and manger are rude. Room service is always delayed. Worst hotel in Hyderabad. Very disappointing check out policy of Treebo

It was a pleasant stay at Vinflora. The room was well maintained and has good room service. The amenities provided were delightful and staff was very polite. Hope to visit Hydeeabad soon and would really love be here at Vinflora again

Pros Nice clean hotel with good rooms only 15 minutes from LVPEI through back lanes. Nice park next door. Cons - 1. Most rooms smell of cigarette smoke. 2. Construction site next door so lots of noise in the daytime. If you want quiet, ask for rooms facing opposite side 3. Have to pay extra if you check in before 12pm. Initially I was told I could check in at 10am without charge but when I arrived, Manager called Hari said I have pay extra to check in before 12 pm. He wouldn't budge so I paid. Never been to a hotel which does this for outstation guests. However, on checkout when I requested the 'owner' to extend checkout time as my train was later, he allowed it. Lastly, food comes in full portions not half. Like full biryani not half. How much can 1 woman eat? I asked the owner if I return the leftover to the kitchen will they throw it and he said yes. Unnecessary waste of money and food especially in a country like India :-(
