I booked this hotel in online and went straight from railway station. Hotel was good and it is under control of oyo. Facilities were nice and perfect for couples and friends. Room service was ok and there are many restaurants near by.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, THEY ARE FRAUD. Sincere advice guys do not book this hotel, they have serious problem with online reservation, specially makemytrip. I reserved the room for one of my friends stay from june 9-17, 2017. when reached place with luggage room was not allotted saying that they didn't get confirmation call from makemytrip, and all rooms are full. it will show up for reservation even if no rooms it seems. when i called them the reception guy suggested not to book thru makemytrip, they have posted only for advertisement. what i understood was they would not allot rooms for online bookings. It was a lot frustrating and waste of 2hrs of time. I had to keep my friend waiting & book another hotel. Pathetic and disastrous. NEVER STAYED HERE!

We Booked Standard room from agoda and made full payment for my 62 yrs old Father to stay on Dec 29th 2015 . My father reached hotel early by 9:00 am and requested to accommodate front office person spoke very rudely and said that there are no rooms available cannot give rooms for online bookings. I called hotel and checked for room availability another front office guy said rooms are available and I can come immediately and get them . When I called back with booking reference Front office guy was agin rude said he cant give rooms to online booking asked me to cancel by calling agoda . I called agoda and They tried to call this hotel they flatly refused to allot room and repay the amount. I spoke to a Guy named - Sridhar (9246338733) who seems to be the manager or some supervisor . He used abusive language and he said he has cancelled the booking and he does not know about the refund !! Agoda say i will not get the money i paid for th room. This hotel staff and management is so inconsiderate to 62 yrs old man and was not even ready to give room even when we are ready to pay extra . And abusive language which Sridhar used is like rubbing salt to wound. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!! PATHETIC HOSPITALITY , RUDE STAFF WHO USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND FRAUD STOLE MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ROOM !!!

I stayed in this hotel couple of years ago for official visit which was better & reasonable compare to the vicinity. Its huge mistake I booked again this hotel thought will be good. 1) Room cleanliness b) Complimentary breakfast provide by them its better to be avoid preparing by offices boys not by cook Only advantage is hotel is 1.5 km from railway station

I had seen photos of this hotel on their web site which looked good and prices were reasonable so I booked this hotel for our family trip. I couldn't have made a poorer choice !! Immediately on opening the door of the room, we found it too small, poorly (almost zero) ventilated and had an old dingy look. A used dirty (and I mean really dirty) cloth was laying on the bed. Bath room was un clean and I would rather not describe how dirty it was. Bed sheets and towels were old and dirty too. We immediately called the manager and got them to clean the room and bath room, but apart from cleaning obvious things, they could not do much to make the room livable. The house keeping staff was all kids, around 14-16 years and did not know anything about housekeeping. When we asked about toiler papers, they did not know such a thing existed. Within half an hour of checking in, we had decided to look for options of leaving this hotel and finding another one. We found the neighboring hotel Raj Classic good enough, but we could not get refund from Ankitha, so had to stay there. After lot of complaining to manager, he agreed to change or room in the evening and upgrade to a bigger and better room, though at an additional cost. We got the other room in the evening which was a bit bigger and better, was at least livable. We made sure we stayed out of the hotel except for to sleep. The staff was of absolutely no help when sought their help about sightseeing nearby. They dont have a restaurant, breakfast is arranged on the roof top (dont bother trying it ever). Avoid this hotel at all costs, stay here only if the other option is sleeping on foot path. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is located close to Secundarabad railway station and Husain Sagar lake. The famous Paradise restaurant is less than a kilometer away. There is a KFC on the ground floor of the same building and another restaurant called Chili which is in the next building offers nice breakfast and meals. So if you happen to be un fortunate enough to stay here, you can at least make your stay less painful by dining at these places.
