What's Good: Nothing
What needs to improve : Management is not concern about there job and roll..They should ensure cleaning and proper working of equipments like tv landline and mainly AC.. quality of food was worst.

We were a group of 8 people, with 1 kid. 2 young couples and our parents. Good points-1. Excellent location, this hotel is not very far from Hyderabad; especially because of the PV Narsimha flyover. 2. Swimming pool is better as compared to most of the resorts; it is big, clean and beautiful; with a kids pool too. 3. Good service, especially if you call and book. They kept the pool and indoor games area open for us till late. 4. Rain dance is nice. 5. Egyptian design is nice, with pyramids, sphinx and statues. Average points- 1. Food is average, with less variety. But Breakfast was good. 2. amenities- basic indoor and outdoor games available, but nothing different. 3. Rooms- Basic and clean Spa is available, but the person was on leave during our visit.

Maintenance was fine. Its a place to chill out with friends, family. Price was not so high, it was affordable. Food was hygenic and taste good. The reason many people are'nt satisfied is with the service from the management. There is no proper response from the management. Hope they change the management or train the present management to offer the good service.

No coordination at place. Rooms are stinky and house keeping take abnormal time to rectify any issue . Don't even think of eating at this place if you don't love your tummy . Horrible food to eat . Pool is dirty and no water Management for individual and for pool

I went to Papyrus resort hearing some good reviews from friends and family to celebrate birthday of my kid. It is a huge resort with various indoor and outdoor activities. However, the resort is managed poorly. To start off with the swimming pool, the changing room there is a mess. It is not clean at all. There are no hangers available, doors don't close at all so you have to keep some of your friends or family guarding outside the door so nobody barges in. Swimming pool is good, there is a kids pool too. For indoor games, there is TT, carrom, snooker etc. TT table is damaged and they provided only 3 very poor TT rackets. So no way we could have played doubles. In outdoor games, you will enjoy playing volleyball. There is horse riding if you wish to spend extra money, kids will surely love it. The fact that I don't like about this resort is people can drink alcohol just anywhere and in front of other families and kids around and there was no one from the management to stop them. One of the group had consumed alcohol near swimming pool and started touching other families belongings kept on the table. When confronted the management of this behaviour of guests and who is controlling them, their reply was alcohol is not allowed and we will speak to them. I think there are other resorts which are well managed and suitable for families than Papyrus port. Families should stay away.

1) There was no shampoo available when we asked for extra after a head oil massage. 2) There was no hot water for bath. People came and checked but did nothing. They brought a heating copper coil for us and asked us to take water to the bed room in bucket and immerse the coil for hot water. 3) We booked including 3 meals a day. They informed us that they have chappathi, dal and one dry Sabji for dinner. I had to fight in order for me to get a proper dinner. When we asked for a coffee for dinner they did not have it. Fresh juice was available which was water melon. And the water melon used was rotten. 4) In the morning we asked for bed coffee and they informed it is not available. 5) There was NO mug in the bath room 6) Break fast was just poori baaji and bread omlette. Again no coffee available and I had to again talk and get them to buy coffee powder. 7) Food taste was pathetic. 8) Most of the time no one answers when we call reception, house keeping and room service. 9) The room I stayed probably had a clay oven (Tandoor ) next to it. The wall was heating the whole day and even with AC was warm inside. 10) There was no TV channels as their cable was not functional. People came and checked but were not able to do anything. 11) There was no drinking water in the room. I booked for 2 nights stay through Cleartrip but checked out after the first night and moved to a better Hotel.
