    Had to stay for 2 weeks for business and was on the club level. Room was delightful - no complaints. Staff were very helpful - especially Bippan who works in the club on the 25'th floor. Was made to feel very welcome.

    I would like to thank Westin especially Govind and chef Shashi for an amazing customized cake for my son's birthday. They understood my requirements very well and made an exceptional cake. Great going.

  • A very big hotel, but still feels small

    Great for business, be sure to upgrade to the executive floor with access to the lounge. Conveniently located near the freeway to the airport. Rooms were big and the spa was very nice. Italian restaurant was fantastic and quite authentic. It was a nice break from Indian Cuisine.

    Enjoyed my stay here however was dissapointed to later see on hotel bill that had been charged both for the first night of my stay (as a missed night due to my arrival at 9am the following day) and then also for an early checkin on the morning of arrival. Only one of these can logically be true. Tried querying at checkout and was given a bit of a story and time was short so i had to take it and run. A nice hotel but this left a sour taste.

    Was staying here for business and was expecting just a standard Westin experience. However, it was so much more. It's a huge, busy hotel but I genuinely felt so at home. Yes, the rooms, the gym and the spa are all beautiful. It's a nice, clean hotel- and the Indian restaurant downstairs for dinner is delicious! However, the service here is what really made this place special. Everyone is constantly asking to help you with anything and everything. Alwin, a front desk manager, was absolutely spectacular and made a special point to look after me, checking in periodically throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. If you need to go anywhere, ask for Ameer the driver to take you- he's so nice and helpful. He took me around touring for the day and, as a single woman, was very protective over me always walking on the outer side of the street to make sure I was safe from oncoming traffic. I always felt safe and at ease in his hands. To sum up: if you need to stay in HiTech, there's no better place.

  • Pick a high room or bring ear-plugs because you can hear dogs outside at night occasionally.
