    very tasty food chef Mr.Srikanth took good care and very big spread very good place to visit and again last Wednesday i order for Penne pasta black coat chef said we don t have pasta and food and service was really very good

    I just wrapped up a business trip to India and while in Hyderabad stayed at the Westin Mindspace (2 weeks with a 4 day break in the middle to travel to Chennai and Mumbai). Traveling for work can be hectic, and as a US traveler in India there is a bit more stress added to the equation. After a intense day of work coming back to the Westin was like coming home. Everyone was so pleasant, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Examples of the exceptional service I received include, but is definitely not limited to: 1. On check-in, as an SPG Platinum member, Rahul and Manoj were able to provide me with a very a nice upgrade, and followed up immediately with a fruit basket being sent to my suite. 2. I was having real challenges getting smaller denominated rupee notes, so the front desk had someone drive to the airport and exchange currency for me. 3. At one point my schedule looked as if it was going to change. The front desk worked very hard to to re-align my stay, and then when I had to change back to the original itinerary several days later, they did so with a smile. This may not seem like much, but knowing how booked the hotel was, and theeffort it took to accommodate me, their efforts were much appreciated. 4. My work associate and I spent many mornings and evenings in the Executive Lounge, where we were warmly greeted by Wayne. Wayne consistently took great care of us - anticipating our drink orders, answering questions about the city, and he even had his manager call ahead to the ITC Grand Cholain Chennai to put in a good word for us, which absolutely worked! 5. Upon checking out to head home, Ayush from the front desk escorted us to our car and wished us safe travels. I could go on and on ... On a final note, we came to know that many of the individuals I have mentioned here are part of the Starwood / Marriott Management Training program. Based on my experience, this program has done a fantastic job in their hiring / selection process, and is likely to succeed in turning out real leaders for theirorganization. Looking forward to my next trip home ... P.S. Gym and pool were awesome!

    Stayed here in a business trip and the rooms were great, spacious and modern amenities. Had the lunch buffet downstairs and the food was excellent. The service is very good too. Great place that was close to the office and would highly recommend for business or leisure travel.

    I stayed at the Westin Mindpace again recently and appreciate the hotel more each time I visit. The rooms continue to be luxurious and comfortable but what makes the difference is the very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant in the lobby and the room service food is some of the best.

    Amazing place, perfect ambience and best service. Sakshi Singh from corporate sales is one of the finest employees I have ever met. Such professionalism with such ease and is a very rare combo which we don't get to experience these days. Very happy with the overall experience
