I had booked an AC dlx room directly (connecting with Suraj Gupta) and paid a token advance of Rs 1000/- When we reached hotel it looked like a refurbished road side dhaba All rooms smelt of seepage and the kitchen was un hygienic and filthy.I cancelled my stay (the advance was forfeited ) and stayed at another hotel Hotel Grand Pariwar near by which was a new property and a delight. The only positive thing about Sai Palace is the extremely good telephone etiquette of this person Suraj

Me and my family went to this place on 29th July . It's a decent Hotel with all good basic facilities . I loved the location it's bang on highway with very good food options . I took the buffet which has good depth and amazing taste . Thumbs up

It was kind of "Not so great" experience.Rooms were very small which was quite disappointing for us as we were in a large group. Also staffs weren't that courteous or helpful. There are other good hotels around, you can check that as well.

Hotel pictures are old photo on website actually it is in very bad conditions. Hotel don't have tv. Hotel don't have inter telecom. Hotel's wifi signal is very weak. There is lot of dumbness in rooms. Room service is not proper. Food is worst in quality & quantity both. My suggestion family people should not go to this hotel.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The place is right on mumbai nashik highway and looked little shady at first glance. On our arrival we were greeted by the owner Suraj and I must say he made our stay amazing. He helped us in our travel plans, made sure are happy with food and other services. Such an amazing guy!! You must visit Igatpuri during monsoon and you won't regret lodging in this place. 10 on 10 from me.
